Of all the precious jewels, perhaps the most desired is this glittering sapphire, whose creamy white skin shines amidst a deep sea of shimmering taffeta.

The Kangarutha Track runs up over the bluffs and down into the coves for nine kilometres along the Pacific coastline through the Bournda National Park. It is rated at a Grade 4/6 difficulty by WildWalks, but the views make it worth the effort!

After the cooking demonstration, we were able to see the kitchen! I thought they'd actually describe what each station way, but they pretty much just let us walk straight through it, so it really wasn't that exciting. Still, it was cool to see the size of this place and where all our wonderful food came together!
