As we were down in Liverpool visiting family this weekend we made sure we fitted in the parkrun at Princes park. So saturday morning all of us headed there for 8-45 ish and the boy and myself done the usual warm ups. and luckily the sun was shining on us and we where soon on our way on this fast course I rolled in at 19.35 PB and the boy around 24 mins .
Thanks to all the volunteers who make the parkruns possible.
Back to our own parkrun in Carlisle next week

There's more inspiring than seeing horses run freely.

This can happen only when you go out for dinner with the Creative Commons Learn Crew: somebody ends up drawing CC logo with mango cream on the restaurant table.
Local running club, Ealing Eagles, were out in force as todays 5K was a championship event for them.
A very fast runner won but with no barcode, no name or time is logged in the results.
Don't forget your barcode and in the case of two ladies who showed great camaraderie waiting for their friend, don't forget to tie your shoelaces either.
