This bird was tending to a few fledglings along the bank of one of the waterholes at Bowra.

The evening was young making the Pacific very restless!

This was my second attempt to shoot the sunset at the Scripps Pier at La Jolla. Saw a ton of candy clouds from my window and thought would be great to head to the Pier and shoot an orange-pink sunset. But on my 10min drive my hopes plummeted and clouds disappeared like they were eaten up the ocean. But was there anyways and found a parking spot and hauled the gear to the beach.

This was one of the shots that I like for the receding wave giving up the orange red sand beneath. Though there was a bright orange lamp in the back that I think amplified the colors on the sand.
