Each Friday and Sunday I'm to be found in the 35C water of the Pinder pool for exercise and Ai Chi.

The best is when sunlight filters through the end glass wall and creates quivering rainbows on the surface of the water.

(My camera stays home; I had a little photoshoot back along when I started here....)

This Blue Tit looks like it is deep in reflection. Probably one of the parents of the 4 fledglings that is inhabiting my birch tree.

Blue Hour this morning at Antelope Lake in Plumas County, California, USA. By this time of year the surface temp of the lake is in the 60's Fahrenheit. Last night the air got down to right at the freezing mark so it made for some wonderful low fog on the water....the moody clouds, calm air for reflections and the setting nearly full strawberry mood all just came together to make for a lovely scene I was blessed to capture.
