There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.

The WP&YR suspended operations in 1982 when Yukon's mining industry collapsed due to low mineral prices. The railway was reopened in 1988 as a seasonal tourism operation and served 37,000 passengers. Today, the WP&YR is Alaska's most popular shore excursion carrying over 380,000 passengers during the 2011 May to September tourism season
I know no subject more elevating, more amazing, more ready to the poetical enthusiasm, the philosophical reflection, and the moral sentiment than the works of nature. Where can we meet such variety, such beauty, such magnificence?

This is an interesting photo. It makes people think. Many people aren’t going to know what this is. Of course maybe if you go to HeLa you might. Photography techniques used in this is lines. I feel like lines are probably used in every photo but this has repetition. It’s constant and it has a pattern all the way. I love how if you can’t tell what this is, there are so many options you can imagine this to be. Everyone would probably have a different idea on what this could be. The way the clouds are perfectly reflected by the window makes it seem like a ladder and that the window is actually not there and its just the sky. You can also picture this as the ground and each rectangle is water and the sky is reflecting off of that. This has also been a picture that has not been edited.
A new boardwalk park on the Easter River in DUMBO Brooklyn, NY had it's grand opening on Tuesday 23 March, 2010. This Brooklyn Bridge Park has a gorgeous view on DownTown Manhattan. This is a little man made lake. Almost SOOC!! They will be extending this park and there will be a mini beach!!! :)))) Spent four hours walking and snapping :))))!! It was beautiful!!
We had an overcast in the afternoon which, I guess, helped in the beautiful details and colors!!! The background is a view on Down Town Manattan across East River.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting!!
Torrential rains flooded the Westminster Bridge underpass, but created a great opportunity to reflect on Big Ben.
Pope Francis during his visit to Naples, Italy, and the local archbishop ride the popemobile, whose windscreen reflects the cathedral.
Rainy day...with time on hands...Took out my Sony rx100...and am having a go with it. Old friend feels good in hand... (o:
Zoomed in here from the shoreline location with the 10/22mm lens as I liked the colors and reflection there on the water along this stretch of the river that was calm just above the rapids section. I also like the LE that gives a hint of the trees and rocks that are below the water there along the shore of the Gunpowder River.
The Route 1 bridge is also off in the distance in this frame.
Here winter is just about over.
Taken through the patio door ... electricity pole reflected looking beyond the leaves. Wet and drizzly today ... a day to play indoors ... on Mr T's iPad ;),

Captured on a SoDo photowalk, with my iPhone using Hipstamatic. Always love a reflection and some clouds.

A special moment at the end of a muddy barefoot hike! The sun at the perfect angle to turn a muddy pool into a natural mirror.
Another shot from the same day with clouds and sky reflected in the windows of a working building. This time it's the Omni Centre at the top of Leith Walk, Edinburgh. The last shot of the 3 is of the famous Giraffes which I will publish later today.
