Looking between the rail cars at the former B&O roundhouse in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States. The Midwest Railway Preservation Society acquired the roundhouse in 1954.

Left is Fruit Growers Express Refrigerator railcar. Behind it is Seaboard Systems baggage-coach-mail car 742329.

To the right is an Erie Railroad E8 locomotive, built by General Motors' Electro-Motive Division between 1949 and 1954. It had an A1A-A1A configuration (two trucks, each with two powered axles and an idler axle between them). It had two EMD 567B, 2,250-horsepower (1,678 kW), two-stroke V12 diesel engines and two EMD D-15-A generators.

In the background is Nickel Plate passenger car No. 62. It was built in 1934 by the Pullman company. It was involved in a horrific acident on August 30, 1943: 27 people died, and another 107 were injured. The Midwest Railway Preservation Society acquired the car in 1960.

OL-2 gets ready to head back to Olean after picking up 3 reefers at Cuba, NY on 10/16/2012. The WNYP 432 is leading and the WNYP 630 is trailing. An old signal is still standing in the distance.

Union Pacific AC44CCTE #5921 trails on the Roseville to North Platte, NE manifest (QRVNPP) as it passes through Truckee after an unscheduled stop due to one of the two GEVOs on the rear "catching fire" (reportedly shooting flames from the stack). Cal Fire was called to the scene and stretched a hose to the locomotive. The train was stopped for about 20 minutes due to this little mishap. It is unknown whether the train's crew decided to shut down the malfunctioning unit or not before they got underway again.

All tied up and nowhere to go... these 'reefer' ships (vessels used to transport frozen cargo) lie anchored in the River Fal near Falmouth. The deep water of the Fal has always enabled the river to be an ideal sheltered parking lot for ocean-going ships that are awaiting new contracts.

The buffers got half way through and were like "Oh shit! We're buffing reefer... Let's get outta here!"

Caught the high priority again yesterday...... There was another freight waiting for clearance into the yard, so this one stopped for about 15 minutes (Which is unusual) I was able to catch both sides....
