Breast Reduction is a procedure performed to make the breasts smaller and lifted. Patients report improvement in neck pain, back pain and posture. Following a breast reduction, patients silhouettes are overall more slim in appearance and often resolution of irritation from bra straps or skin irritation in the breast folds is reported.

I learn so much from all of my Flickr friends I thought I would pass along my recent discovery to those who might be interested, After taking some recent images of a grizzly crossing the Yellowstone River in low light which required a high ISO setting and having the images with enough noise that I didn't want to post them, I decided it was time to look into noise reduction software. I read a recent article in Photo Techniques titled Turn Down that Noise and decided to purchase Noiseware. I am very pleased with the product.
After having success with my other pictures, I decided to revisit this image and try Noiseware which had noise not created by high ISO, but by fog. I tried everything else and this worked MUCH better than anything I tried..

I get headaches (migraines - I've had them all my life) and have found certain ways to help reduce the severity of headaches (which work for me but may not for you if you also have headaches - I'm a compute programmer, not a doctor). Sometimes, if I drink a bottle of milk tea (the sugary kind), it helps to reduce or stop my headaches if I drink it early enough. The bottles in the back are straight, black coffee and also work well but not as fast as the milk tea.

When especially women get over-weighted and want to lose weight, the biggest issues are often not the extra weight they are carrying and want to get rid of but that ugly bumpy looking skin, especially around hips, buttocks and thighs, also referred as cellulite. The problem with cellulite is that no low calorie or weight loss diets are able to remove the appearance of cellulite, because those areas where it appears are very difficult to promote a fat burning process on that would remove the appearance of cellulite. Tuesday morning 03-08-2010 we left for a touristic trip to Amsterdam.
A nice oppertunity was to travel by train, since the railway company NS had send
us a letter with a reduction coupon for a free ticket for the second person
travelling.
We parked the car at the Q-park in Den Bosch, which is close ot the railway
station, bought the tickets and took the train to Amsterdam Central Station via
Utrecht and Amsterdam Amstel.
Almost directly accross the railway station we took a 1 hour channel trip by
Lovers, which gave us a good view of the Amsterdam channels and the history of
Amsterdam.
Back from the Channel trip we walked via Damrak to the Dam and visited the sex
museum and Madame Tussauds, where we saw the wax statues of famous dutch and
international people.
When ending the Madame Tussauds trip we alked to the monument on the Dam where
we sat down and took something to eat and drink.
After this refreshment we walked along the red light district, which is a
touristic actraction of its own.
The return trip from Amsterdam to Den Bosch by train had a different route due
to fire somewhere along the track between Amsterdam and Utrecht, after having a
delay of 25 minutes the train went to Utrecht via Hilversum.
This part of the Trip is Madam Tussauds, of which you find the pictures as well

Achter de schermen
De manier waarop tegenwoordige wassenbeelden worden gemaakt is nauwelijks
veranderd van hoe Madame Tussaud’s ze zelf in 1790 maakte.
Posseersessie
Nadat bepaald is wie in aanmerking komt voor een wassen gelijkenis, duurt het
maken van een wassenbeeld gemiddeld 3 maanden. Diverse specialisten en vakmensen
worden bij dit proces betrokken. In bijna alle gevallen poseert de betrokken
persoon, hierbij worden door de beeldhouwer alle maten van top tot teen
opgenomen. Een fotograaf neemt foto’s uit alle denkbare hoeken. Deze foto’s
worden niet alleen door de beeldhouwer gebruikt bij het maken van het
kleifiguur, maar ook in een later stadium bij het kleuren en kappen van het
beeld. De kleurspecialisten bekijken de kleur van de huid, ogen, tanden en bij
vrouwen de gebruikte make-up. Er is ook een kapster aanwezig die aan de hand van
monsters de juiste kleur van het haar en van de wenkbrauwen bepaalt en, na
toestemming van de persoon, een stukje van het haar afknipt.
Kleien figuur
Gelijktijdig met het kleien figuur (een beeld wordt namelijk eerst helemaal in
klei geboetseerd) worden ogen en tanden zo exact mogelijk nagemaakt. De kleur
van de ogen is zorgvuldig uitgezocht met behulp van een overzicht waarop zich
allerlei kleurencombinaties bevinden. Van het gebit wordt gipsen afdruk gemaakt,
meestal doet de tandarts van de gebeeldhouwde persoon dat.
Mal
Nadat de beeldhouwer met het model van klei gereed is, wordt door een
professionele vormgieter een gipsen mal van het hoofd en de handen gemaakt. In
deze mal wordt hete was gegoten. Als de was is afgekoeld wordt het gips er
voorzichtig afgepeld en is het hoofd klaar om te worden gekleurd.
Het Kapsel
Een team van deskundigen kleurt het wassenhoofd en de handen (dit zijn vaak de
enige delen die van was zijn). Het kapsel namaken is een zeer gedetailleerd en
secuur werkje.
Echt haar wordt gebruikt en letterlijk haartje voor haartje op het hoofd
ingeplant! Als het haar klaar is, wordt het gewassen, geknipt en geföhnd.
Het Lichaam
Van het kleien lichaam wordt eveneens een gipsen mal gemaakt. Deze mal wordt
volgegoten met glasvezel. Het lichaam van een beeld is namelijk uit glasvezel
gevormd. Als dat helemaal van was zou zijn, zou het te zwaar zijn en doorbuigen.
Het beeld is dan klaar om aangekleed te worden. De persoon die geportretteerd is
schenkt meestal kleding aan zijn of haar beeld.
Londen-Amsterdam
Nadat het wassenbeeld voor het laatst is geïnspecteerd, wordt het voor
verzending vanuit Londen naar Amsterdam klaargemaakt. Het beeld wordt met een
speciale chauffeur uit de Tussauds Studios in de auto en per veerboot vervoerd.
Voordat het beeld dan in de attractie wordt geplaatst, worden de haren nog
gestyled en de kleding netjes in gereedheid gebracht. De kosten van een beeld
zijn ongeveer € 85000,-
Het onderhouden van de beelden
Madame Tussaud’s Amsterdam heeft een afdeling Portrait Care waar de beelden
worden onderhouden. Portrait Care houdt ’s morgens vóór bezoekerstijd een
inspectieronde en gaat op zoek naar beelden waar iets aan moet gebeuren. In
Madame Tussaud’s Amsterdam mogen bezoekers de beelden aanraken en van heel
dichtbij bewonderen. Daarbij gebeurt het regelmatig dat iemand met z’n of haar
ring het gezicht iets beschadigd of haren los trekt. Voor kleine reparaties
zoals krasjes, losse haren, en dergelijke, gaat Portrait Care aan de slag. Mocht
er echter iets groots moeten gebeuren zoals een vinger die is afgebroken, dan
moet het beeld worden vervoerd naar Engeland en wordt het gerepareerd in de
Tussauds Studios.
In Amsterdam worden beelden er sowieso regelmatig uitgehaald om ze een
onderhoudsbeurt te geven. Dan gaat de kleding naar de stomerij, worden de haren
met shampoo gewassen en weer in model geföhnd. Ook kan make-up worden bijgewerkt
met verf. Dit wordt op een speciale manier gedaan, namelijk door verf op het
gezicht en de hals te spatten. Dat geeft een heel natuurlijk effect, want een
normale huid is meestal ook vlekkerig. Verder worden brillen en andere sieraden
onzichtbaar maar goed bevestigd aan het beeld, om diefstal tegen te gaan.
Sommige beelden zijn ook extra beveiligd met een alarminstallatie, dus zouden
mensen ze echt willen verplaatsen dan gaat het alarm af.
Geschiedenis Marie Tussauds :
Frankrijk
1761 Op 7 december 1761 wordt Marie Grosholz, later bekent als Madame Tussaud,
in Straatsburg (Frankrijk) geboren
1770 Marie gaat in de leer bij Dr. Curtius en in 1778 maakt zij haar eerste
wassenbeeld: de beroemde schrijver en filosoof Francois-Marie Arouet Voltaire.
De zuster van Franse koning Lodewijk XVI nodigt Marie uit om in Versailles les
te komen geven als kunstlerares.
1789 Marie wordt terug geroepen naar Parijs om Dr. Curtius te helpen bij het
namaken van de hoofden van guillotine slachtoffers.
1794 Dr. Curtius overlijdt en erft Marie zijn tentoonstelling
1795 Marie trouwt met François Tussaud een Franse militair. Zij krijgen drie
kinderen: eerst een dochtertje (maar die overlijdt vlak na de geboorte), dan
twee zoons: Joseph (1798) en François (1800).
1802 Marie (samen met oudste zoon Joseph) verlaat Frankrijk en gaat naar
Engeland om haar collectie wassenbeelden ten toon te stellen. Eerst heeft zij
een tentoonstelling in het Lyceum Theatre. Er volgen 33 jaren waarin Marie
Tussauds reist door Engeland, Schotland en Ierland. Ondankt het vele reizen
blijft Marie wassenbeelden maken.
1817 Zoon François verlaat Frankrijk om zich bij zijn moeder en broer te voegen.
1835 Mevrouw Tussaud vestigt zich met haar expositie in The Bazaar, in de
Londense Baker Street.
1841 Marie Tussaud maakt haar laatste zelfportret (op 80-jarige leeftijd). Dit
wassenbeeld is in Madame Tussauds Amsterdam te bewonderen.
1850 Madame Tussaud overlijdt en laat haar tentoonstelling na aan haar twee
zoons.
1884 De tentoonstelling wordt verhuisd naar de huidige locatie van Madame
Tussauds Londen. Dit gebeurt onder leiding van Joseph Randall Tussaud, de oudste
zoon van Marie’s zoon François. Op deze plek is de tentoonstelling in Engeland
nog steeds.
Recente geschiedenis :
1971 Een vernieuwde Madame Tussauds Amsterdam opent haar deuren in de
Kalverstraat. Het is daarmee de eerste vestiging buiten Engeland sinds 1817.
1991 Madame Tussauds Amsterdam verhuist na 20 jaar naar de huidige locatie op de
Dam in hartje centrum.
1999 In Las Vegas wordt Madame Tussauds geopend vol met Amerikaanse supersterren
en Hollywood legendes.
2000 Madame Tussauds New York wordt geopend, met iets nieuws New York's 'Movers
and Shakers', een wereld vol sterren.
In Hong Kong wordt Madame Tussauds geopend met meer dan 100 wassen beelden van
internationale persoonlijkheden en nationale beroemdheden.
2002 Madame Tussauds Amsterdam ondergaat een ingrijpende renovatie die 4 miljoen
euro kost. Een zesde verdieping wordt aan de tentoonstelling toegevoegd, er
komen thematisering en verrassingseffecten. Ook komen er nieuwe beelden bij en
zijn er diverse interactieve belevenissen
