Another one from the other night. The kits were sleeping almost completely hidden from view by the ground-covering vegetation in front of their den.

My first creation, learning on Patrean, 9X11" pastel pencils

My first fox! I'v been trying to get a shot at one for a while, and finally found one near my house! This is cropped, and I was zoomed in as far as possible with a 75-300. I was hoping he'd get closer, but about halfway across the field he looked right at me, barked, and then went diagonally the other direction up the hill..Hopefully I'll see him again!

One of the scavengers that visit a hide in the hills near El Escorial, Madrid

I wonder if i could get in that coup over there!!

This young red/silver fox still with the mother sat on a rock beside the Gulf and watched us and about 8 tourists from Japan. He stayed there so long that eventually desided that it was safe enough to lie down and watch. The sun was going down which lit everything red, made the red rocks even redder.

PEI is full of foxes. In the past there were a lot of fox farms so when fox fur was no longer viable the farmers let them go. The only other enemy would be coyotes.

Winter wonderland!!!

Series of five. Interesting visitor to our archery session. It was not fazed by the arrows flying around. Luckily it had the sense not to come in range!
