Winter wonderland!!!

Series of five. Interesting visitor to our archery session. It was not fazed by the arrows flying around. Luckily it had the sense not to come in range!

A vixen and her five kits at their den under my neighbor's backyard gazebo.

This is a female Red Fox which I photographed in April in our yard. She had been visiting an old bird feeder of ours hoping to catch a squirrel. She had been nursing, too. We saw one of her kits one night in May.

We saw this beautiful Red Fox emerge from some tall grass today just outside of a Conservation Management Area in Morris County, NJ.

Series of ten. Lovely walk this morning in glorious sunshine at a local park. Thought I was lucky to see one fox and then its mate appeared and gave me the stare! Could not resist showing all of its run for cover.

This detail shot of Redfox and Whitefox shows that Kevin, my artist, jumped at the chance to do pinup-worthy poses of this far more irreverant source material.
