a trip up to see if i could spot a red squirrel , and my luck was in , managed to see two little Reds today .they were quite distant at times as there were quite a few people walking dogs thank you for all your views and comments.

I love love love these cupcakes, red velvet has become my favourite these days. The icing is cream cheese, and nothing better than the red chocolate and chocolate bits to decorate. Yummy!
