So I really liked this shot...it was the only one that came out with pretty good focus, and sharpness on each of the petals. Also, I was able to get the colour right. I can never take good pictures of red flowers. I played around with it a bit on Lightroom. I'm a little afraid to jump into Photoshop for editing pictures, because I want to perfect my skills in Lightroom before completely switching over.
I keep learning new things everyday on Lightroom, and then I realize I can use those to process pictures I've taken in the past...that's usually how my day goes along. Lol.
Here's to roses - the most enthralling flowers...seeing them always puts a smile on your face :-)

Walking through a Red Shank Chaparral forrest is wonderful. Its bark is red and curls like dry skin. Native to the Santa Monica Mountains, its leaves are like tiny needles. it's beautiful up close or as a forrest. From inside its leaves captire and distribute the light like a lampshade.
