Everything is correct, as I am not off the ground! Look at that outdoor temp of 75 degrees f, Bay Area temp was sunny and wonderful. Temp in car was 85 f.
Elevation and speed (ground speed). Have to read the elevation vertically and the speed horizontally. Max was 2047 elevation and 136 mph speed.
Hey, I'm kinda on time this year. 2017 has been quite a year, although it's kind of sad to realize I'm making less and less MOCs every year. 21, but this time I included some tablescraps as they've actually turned out to be some of my most popular MOCs this year. To be fair though, I did make like 50 something Brickheadz too, some of which I haven't even posted yet. 2017 may go down in history here as the Year of the Brickheadz.

This messy-looking thing is the wax-sealed paper capacitor itself. You can see a bit of the foil at the top. They used wax-impregnated kraft paper as the dielectric, and either foil or a plated coating as the electrode.
2023 was a sporadic year for me with regard to MOC building.
I started the year finishing The Wayfarer's Den with John as a Brickscalibur entry. And I'm super proud of the result, it's now my favorite of our collabs. Continuing in the castle vein, I revamped my candle maker's shop for a Guilds of Historica challenge.
Then moved into space for the Classic Era Spaceship contest on EB. Followed by two rovers in Febrovery - one of which was for a cool collab with Aron and Marin.
Didn't manage any other builds till the RogueOlympics provided its usual inspiration.
In April I was able to join the Eurobricks event in Billund which was a super fun time and let me hang out with some builders I had only known through forums.
After that it was on to preparing for the Summer Joust. John and I managed two small collabs as some of the prizes, and my series for the team category pushed me into trying a new genre with some Elven and Dwarven props.
Hosting was a joy, and somehow you all managed even more entries than last year!
Completing a home purchase and moving in kept me very occupied over the summer and into the fall.
But a visit from John made a great time to test out my new build space and resulted in four sizable models: Falchion - 55 for SHIPtember, Buckle's Mining Outpost and Remnants of the Woods for Wandering Skies, and Lakeside Chapel for the Colossal Castle Contest. We also made it to Skaerbaek for a day which is always a great event. Among all of that I managed to squeeze in a few Vic Vipers for Novvember.
And to conclude the year I participated in the annual Bauble Exchange on Roguebricks.
Ended with 28 builds in total, 7 of which were collabs.

As a longtime castle fan, The Viking Village was extra special to work on and I really enjoyed bringing Brickhammer's idea to completion.

Supergirl recap in season 2 of episode 16 the music meister arrives & things go south for kara & mon-el because there has the biggest surprise. Likewise ended up being a huge liar this week was Lyra, whose named even seems like "liar," so I'm somewhat kicking myself for not seeing this contort coming. Winn thought he and his new sweetheart were simply having some pure, hot fun by breaking into a historical center, yet when Winn discovered that a Van Gogh had been stolen — and that Lyra was advantageously not found in the security film — he knew he'd been played. The greatest amazement — yet just to Kara, obviously — was that Mon-El is really the Prince of Daxam, a title affirmed by the baffling royals now known to be his folks, King Lar Gand (played by Kevin Sorbo) and Queen Rhea (played by Teri Hatcher).
