I think this was some kind of virtual reality device I dont remember.
We walked past it on the way to the US Army's Virtual Army Experience which was really freaking cool; It makes me miss the being in the Army.

Artist: Aida Makoto
Aida's work combines the style of bijinga (portraits of beautiful women), war paintings and bonsai, with manga, anime and nudes of young girls to address issues that are politically and ethically controversial. In this particular artwork, Aida exposes the inherent sickness of the Japanese metality such as partiality for anime and two-dimensional images of pretty girls, as well as self-mutilation using pop and colourful methods.

Piracicaba, Sao Paulo, Brazil. March 16, 2005. Technical personnel in agricultural machinery maintenance in the ethanol refinery.
Why did I buy a pink toothbrush? At the time, it didn't occur to me that we wouldn't still be a couple. At least when you're living alone there's no one to make fun of you.
Harsh, yet glossy, reality
A toy helicopter maneuvers through a workplace landscape during a few moments of stress relief. Life is too short to be serious all the time.
"There's no point to any of this. It's all just a random lottery of meaningless tragedy and a series of near escapes. So I take pleasure in the details. You know... a Quarter-Pounder with cheese, those are good, the sky about ten minutes before it starts to rain, the moment where your laughter become a cackle..."

Tess Silverman (Bridie Carter) reads to Claire (Lisa Chappell) the card that Jack McLeod sent to her, but never received.
I have not been sleeping too well lately. My reality has been infecting my dreams more then usual it seems. Nonetheless, I still love sleeping and laying around in my huge bed. Bliss.
Tomorrow I leave for Vancouver to celebrate my sister's birthday with her. I am so excited, it has been a bunch of months since I've last seen her. It'll be a sisters weekend together. Yay. When we used to live together, we would have a sisters day together at least once a week, where we'd go out for lunch, rent movies, and hang out. She's a great buddy to have.
When I return back home, I want to do some sort of detox... Gah. I think I need to take a break from the coffee... or something. My acne has exploded like crazy and I need to just figure out what's causing it and well I know it hasn't really been proven(?) that there's even a connection between food & acne but.. either way it'll be good for the body... but what sort of detox, other than bye bye coffee for two weeks? *whimper*
