Parallel Realities
Everything you experience as solid and "real" is a vibration of energy – held, or locked in place, by belief systems. If, for a moment, you could set aside all mental programs about your reality, you would experience an entirely different perspective of what you call reality.
We would like you to receive the idea that there are several realities, several outcomes, several parallel realities that could always manifest.... You and others are broadcasting energy in the form of your thoughts, your emotions, and your beliefs at all times. As you send the energy forth, several realities are always possible. The reality that manifests is the one you have focused more of your energy on.
We are encouraging you to.... embrace the countless realities that are only a frequency, a vibration away.

A couple of people doing some touristy stuff, followed by a big film crew. I guess they were from the US, from the level of the crew's organization (they could probably invade a small country). UPDATE: after some detective work by the Twitter hive mind, apparently this is Ali Fedotowsky during the shoot for The Bachelorette 2010.
Taken during a #lxpw photowalk, this one devoted to using at least a 200mm (or equivalent) field of view.

Fluxus boxes were intended as non linear narratives to be handled, touched, performed, disseminated, destroyed, reassembled, counted and reconfigured.
Just as cinema montage and music had learned, the orchestration of symbols, visions and other sensorial components was able to create novel scenarios. Interactivity and tangibility created a state of continuous recombination, multiplying interpretation and cognitively activating people, who became part of the artwork while handling, imagining and communicating. The connection with the ordinary flow of life created new dimensions in the world: stratified, recombinant and engaging.
In occasion of the 50 years of FLUXUS we have decided to research on this wonderful form of expression, both for the innovation it has provided in the arts and for its connection with many of the mutation processes that are going on with contemporary humanity and their ability to experience media, communicate and interact.
At the event Mercoledì da NABA series of events, on December 15th 2010, we will hold a workshop/performance in which we will build a Fluxus Box using Augmented Reality and other cross-medial techniques and technologies.
The ojective will be to research on the Fluxus Box approach, and to appy it at a “meta” level. The objects contained in the box will be tools through which the experience of multiple Fluxus Boxes will be holdable, remixable, juxtaposable, recombinable, enacting a meta-performance encompassing possibly infinite remixed reenactments of Fluxus performances, experiences and events.
The box we will produced will be donated to the NABA, and the custom software that will be created for the occasion will be released under a GPL2 licensing scheme, so that it will be usable by artists, students and practitioners worldwide, in a further level of the performance.

I made this postcard for the "alternate reality" swap and then misplaced it, so I sent the other one first. Then when this re-appeared, I sent it along as well.
Background is from kid's "The Sun" book. Various people and a few animals are having exotic dreams on this ancient planet where the snowflakes are bigger than the trees.

This photo portrays reality in a sense of way of how housing can be clustered. In addition, an ordinary home would have less meters than that outside. I dont like this photo merely because it's not eye-catching or doesn't have anything relevant shown. I like how I can say a lot about it and tell you my beliefs. This picture reminds me of a home in a third-world country since they don't have the technological advances to have everything easily accessible or just one meter for everything. The studium is a boy watching over his home. You can tell that he can't wait to leave home since he's still wearing his PJ's, assuming that he just woke up. It shows how life at home for him is and how he anticipates the day by looking out the window. The punctum would be the four holes on the upper right corner of the photo. I choose this because it made me wonder what's the use of it? Is it a ventilation? The white threaded substance is blocking a hole. Is it preventing something from entering?

The market hall in the style of Hundertwasser was built from 1998 to 2001. In the meantime it was converted to an event hall. Now 15 years later the first repair works are required. The unusual look of the building is deceptive over the fact that there is a conventional construction of concrete and masonry beneath the decoration. The round stones are a kind of tiles and can fall off. Switzerland, March 13, 2015.

Worn by: Clive Owen as Walter Raleigh
Costume Designer: Alexandra Byrne
Film: Elizabeth: The Golden Age
An Elizabethan man of average means - and Raleigh is as commoner - would, in all probability, possess a single suit of clothes, so production did not have the luxury of outfitting him as they would their courtiers. Byrne explains, "There are lots of contemporary engravings of Raleigh, but the reality is that a gentleman of that time maybe had one suit of clothing - he would have gone to sea in those clothes, where they would have gotten wet, then dried, they would have gotten torn, they would have been repaired. So we worked with the idea that his clothes had gone to sea with him and they had evolved of the the journey... and remember, it was four months there and four monthes back."
The designer worked with Clive Owen on the evolution of the design, assuring him that "the britches would be fine! He was a little alarmed by them. But by the end of production, I think he was quite keen on them, the way they have become a part of him. They give you a certain way of walking and a certain scale. He wears them like no one else!"

Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness
Close bosom-friend of the maturing sun
Conspiring with him how to load and bless
With fruit the vines that round the thatch-eves run;
To bend with apples the moss'd cottage-trees,
And fill all fruit with ripeness to the core;
To swell the gourd, and plump the hazel shells
With a sweet kernel; to set budding more,
And still more, later flowers for the bees,
Until they think warm days will never cease,
For Summer has o'er-brimm'd their clammy cells. --To Autumn. by John Keats
These are the remnants of the church in the Norman town of Graignes, on the site of one of the most memorable, but least well-known stories of D-Day. I will do my best to piece together what I know for you.
On D-Day, the 507th PIR of the 82 Airborne expected to parachute around the La Fiere bridges west of Ste Mere Eglise and hold them againsst an expected German counterattack.
In reality, about 200 men were dropped over 20 miles from their target, in the flooded marshlands around the towns of Graignes and Tribehou, which are south and southwest of Carentan, respectively. While pretty close from a walking distance perspective (maybe 10 miles), the towns were in the flooded zone that was created by the Germans opening the lcoks and flooding the fields in the lower Cotentin area. Moving to Carentan across the roads would have been risky because of the presence of German soldiers, and crossing the flooded area was very difficult.
In fact, many of the paratroopers who landed in the flooded zones never made it out of their harnesses and drowned. In addition, many of the equipment bundles of the soldiers ended up in the water as well.
So, about 175 to 200 men landed in the Graignes and Tribehou areas and made their way among the terrified citizens. Some of these townspeople knew that Graignes was under observation by the Germans, including several units just to the south, and they worried that if they were seen helping the Americans, that they would be killed. Despite their fear, many of the citizens helped the Americans find each other and also even helped the Americans find their sunken equipment bundles. Many of the citizens actually helped hide American soldiers from German patrols, which would have resulted in immediate execution if found.
Once organized, the Americans, numbering about 175-200 realized how badly off target their drop was. Realizing too that their position was not ideal for joining the fight near Ste Mere Eglise, they determined to hold in Graignes and wait for a relief column from Carentan -- assuming the invasion was successful.
The Americans held fast for several days when, finally, on about June 11th, the situation deteriorated rapidly. The Germans began probing the area around Graignes and their small units were decimated by accurate rifle, machine gun and mortar fire from the Americans, who were dug in around Graignes.
This small action ultimately lead to intense combat with the Germans sending at least one full regiment of SS troops against this undermanned company-sized group. Some estimates of German strength are between 2000 and as high as 5000. The Americans dealt staggering blows, repelling the Germans multiple times with machine gun and sniper fire from the church steeple and 81 mm mortar fire. The SS troops exhibited poor discipline, charging multiple times only to be cut down by the Americans.
Eventually, the Germans brought up two 88s and scored direct hits on the church, killing at least one spotter who refused to leave despite seeing the 88s. With the steeple gone, the Germans attacked in strength, pushing back many of the American paratroopers, most of whom were wounded and low on ammo and food.
Eventually, realizing they could hold out no longer, the Americans retreated towards the marshes, leaving many of their wounded in the church, where they were being tended by the priest and their own medics. In one of the most infamous and barbarian acts of Nazi cruelty, the SS, upon entering the town with members of the Gestapo, executed the civilians and the priest, and killed many of the wounded where they lay. They took other American wounded and had them dig their own grave and then executed them. The Germans killed other townspeople and then went on to destroy nearly every building around the church.
Knowing what was happening in town made the next act even more remarkable. A group of at least 20 Americans hid in a barn for about 2-3 days while German patrols went through the area. The farmowners organized a secret system of feeding the men and kept them alive and hidden at the risk of certain death. Eventually, a small group of survivors was secreted across the swamp by some of the young men from the town, where the Americans entered into the liberated town of Carentan.
Just so you know, over 300 men from the 507th were killed or wounded in the early action in Normandy
