A cottontail rabbit that was hanging around my campsite in Nevada.

I was the first one out on the trail this morning and there were rabbits everywhere

This is an old photo I just found- My boyfriend was having a nap in my bed, and I had just gotten Abby in the post, so I decided to photograph them together, because they're both so cute! ^_^

Oryctolagus cuniculus. Old Man of Storr, Isle of Skye, Scotland.

Didn't get his friend in the photo!

My daughter's bunny Flea (brother of Pepper). Strobist: sb900 left and right.

This little guy (or girl) almost seems like part of the family. Almost any time we look outside it is there some where in our back yard (drives our dog crazy sometimes).

Caught these shots near the end of the day when the sun was starting to go down.

They were as common as squirrels.

I've never seen so many black rabbits at a single location.

Stalking practice in the back garden! Got to within 2 metres of it - this is uncropped with a 400mm lens.

I can tell that Donut Bunny is about to go into a major moult. Hopefully it is still weeks away, but it is almost spring so this will be the big one. I start with a comb, then a slicker brush, and finish with his favourite eye-safe, short rubber tine brush. He appreciates that the short tines give him what he thinks is nosie-rubs. He is now happily, and proudly, racing around the living room.

Approximately 400 people attended the COD Sci-Fi/Fantasy Club’s 21st annual gaming convention “CODCON XXI: Down the Rabbit Hole.”

We always seem to have a few rabbits around, but with our cats, I suspect that the rabbits prefer to find other yards that are safer to nest in.

This year I seem to be seeing a lot more bunnies than usual. Perhaps because I only have two active hunters now......and Leo seems to be more interested in sleeping these days than hunting...........they have decided to make a comeback.I've never seen Stella take an interest in rabbits.......however I'm sure if given the opportunity she wouldn't hesitate to go after one.

I caught this guy over in the field where I see the fox. I have to feel a little sorry for rabbits in the wild. There are SO many predators they have to watch out for. Hawks, owls, fox, cats.....no wonder they always have a nervous look about them!

Flickr Lounge; Furry or Fuzzy. So, I picked this theme bc I was attending this workshop over the weeekend - we ended up doing more scaly and less furry - so you can see the scaly ones in the photostream. It was a special technique of photoing the animals in a lightbox (with handlers nearby) and the white completely /blownout intentionally. He has a series of kids books with images.

Attended a great workshop by David FitzSimmons at Nature visions photo expo today photographing some "Curious Creatures" - Creatures provided by Bar C Ranch

No idea what he was looking at, but he was quite fascinated by whatever it was. =)

Red-Eyed, or Ruby-Eyed, White rabbit. Our granddaughters declared this rabbit to be “...really creepy!” We admire them for their albino coloration (lack of coloration?). The red eyes & blood vessels in this breed are the result of genetic engineering to develop a pure white rabbit • 2014 Cuyahoga County Fair • Berea Cleveland northeast Ohio USA

Mobile phone cameras excel at obstruction-free photographing against & through the small openings of a wire cage or chain link fence. Haven't tried old bathroom door keyholes.

As we gear up for fair season we picked up five baby rabbits to show and auction.
