Rabbit in Riesling, with carrots, mustard and mint.
Rabbits simmered in Riesling with orange and yellow carrots, set with gelatin, loins down the middle, finished with mustard seeds and mint.
We decided to let the bunnys loose in Nats parents garden. It took Shearer les than an hour to knaw through her lead!
The way the sunflower loaf dough is folded makes the sliced bread resemble a rabbit. (Yes, that's blue sky and clouds reflected in the teapot--taken beneath the kitchen skylight)

I've been thinking photographing the Rabbits in the Forest Center for while. I went out this evening for the first time. The light wasn't great which meant high ISO, its not something i worry too much about now, i try to keep it down as much as possible but this was ISO2800 and its still quite usable. I'm pleased with this photo, it was the pick of the evenings images, the rabbit appeared very close to me for a frame filling image without needing to crop.
