40th birthday 'explosion rip' cake. Customer provided me with a photo and asked me to create something similar - not sure where she sourced it from sorry.
4 layers of banana cake filled with white chocolate ganache and covered with smooth fondant icing.
Our lovely Clover passed away today.She was 15 years old ( almost 16) and was such a good dog. This photo was taken as part of my first 365 in 2013 when she was fit and healthy. RIP Clover. xxx

Found out my dad died the other day. A'int no thing, it was nine years ago and I never knew him. Still, you've got to wonder...
The comments on the forum (he was a pilot in some corner of ex-pat Kenya) suggest he was a bit of a 'colourful' chap, a universally recognised euphemism for a tricky character.
Well I'll never know, a peace I guess I made years ago, but there is mention of a beloved doberman and a general 'I'll do what I like' attitude. Thankfully I'm so very different...
RIP Dad.
Over the holiday season the little diva of a pony passed. I had only met with her on two occasions, but she was always the first to greet me and my camera equipment when I came on to the property. I remember her timing to be impeccable too as demonstrated here.
