O dia estava nublado, mas mesmo assim não deixou de acompanhar a pequena irmãzinha para brincar no quintal como havia prometido há dias. Colocara um lindo vestido nela, arrumando os pequenos cachinhos e a deixando ainda mais fofa. Prepara uma cesta de piquenique e chá para aproveitarem um pouquinho do dia. Candy levara os brinquedos, e juntas passaram algumas horas brincando. Até notar o pequeno rostinho triste da irmã, que a olhava agora em silencio enquanto abraçava os seus brinquedos.
Serena: Humm o que foi querida?
Candy: Nya... Irmã... Posso perguntar uma coisinha?
Serena: Mas é claro meu amor! O que você quiser.
Candy: Humm... e-eu... Estava pensando se... você não gosta mais de mim >3<
Ficara surpresa ao ouvir a doce voz de Candy dizer algo como aquilo. Quando fora que causou essa duvida na cabeçinha dela? Logo se lembrara de que por causa da gravidez e o casamento, acabou não dando atenção a ela. Estivera tão preocupada com os acontecimentos que a pegaram de surpresa, que se esquecera por completo que a pequena irmã ainda dependia dela.

This is the first time that I've seen one of these beauties. Maybe it's going to be a good year for butterflies.
The blossom looks like blackthorn, but I'm not entirely sure about that. The name "Question Mark" comes from a distinctive white mark on the underside of the wing that looks absolutely nothing like a question mark imho.

The Secretary of State for Health (Mr Andrew Lansley):
The previous Government left 102 hospital projects with £67 billion of PFI debts. We have worked closely with NHS organisations for which PFI affordability is an issue to identify solutions for them, which have included joint working with the Treasury to reduce the costs of PFI contracts. Despite that, some trusts have unaffordable PFI obligations. On 3 February I announced how each of them could access ongoing Government support to help meet those costs.
Chris Kelly:
I thank my right hon. Friend for that answer. Russells Hall hospital was expanded in 2003, but still has £1.8 billion of PFI debt attached to it—debt which will not be paid off until 2042. What steps is he taking to help reduce the PFI costs for hospitals such as mine that have not been completely crippled by Labour’s PFI and therefore do not qualify for central support, but none the less have high levels of debt?
Mr Lansley:
I am grateful to my hon. Friend, who illustrates the precise issue with what Labour left. Labour talked of building new hospitals but left this enormous mortgage, in effect, of £67 billion. He refers to Russells Hall hospital, which, like others, is having its contracts reviewed for potential savings following the Treasury-led pilot exercise that I described, which was undertaken at Queen’s hospital, Romford.

You need not comment on this if you already did. Or even if you did not for that matter. I had posted this and the two shots below through Lightroom 4's Publishing function, and it seems that somehow I deleted them without realizing it. This has happened twice now with Lightroom pictures, and now I am paranoid and will have to check my entire butterfly set. Sheesh. Anyway, this was species #19 for the year when I posted it. Still is, just out of order now.

Monument classified as World Heritage by UNESCO
Built in the XIV/XV century to commemorate the victory of the 6.000 men of the Portuguese army, against the 32.000 Spanish soldiers in one of their many invasion attempts, the Monastery of Batalha is the most glorious example of the Gothic architecture in Portugal.
The story tells that in the 1383-1385 crisis, when the Spanish army with their king was marching to Lisbon to claim the throne they encountered a small Portuguese army. Laughing of such small force they've decided to pass around because they didn't want to be delayed in their conquest. The Portuguese seeing that the only chance to keep the independence was to fight and win, started to insult the Spanish calling them cowards. It had its result as the Spanish decided to turn back to teach the Portuguese a lesson...
Right from the start the battle was a catastrophe to the Spanish. When their cavalry charged, the knights started to fall into the many traps built in the battle camp. Those who escaped reached the Portuguese army in a disordered formation and tried to pull back. But while some were trying to get back, large numbers of Spanish knights not understanding what was happening continued to charge and push all in their front against the Portuguese spears! More, the Portuguese army chose a very narrow space to fight and the long spears of the Spanish knights were not maneuverable, so they started to break them in half to make them shorter. The problem was that when the broken piece was thrown to the ground the horses tripped in them and fell...
Soon it became a catastrophe to the Spanish and their king was forced run to Spain barely escaping the Portuguese persecuting force. This victory kept Portugal safe for the next 200 years...
