My friend just recently became interested in avian photography BUT the camera has became locked up. It will not do anything for her changing the lens does not work it just comes up 'ERROR 99'. Tried the local camera store, and they send to send it in....anyone have any idea what this may be? Thank you for any advice or help.

This was clearly and accident, but I love her expression, and I don't mind it in a creative sense, what do you think?
