Olivia borrowed a friend's hands holding an umbrella in the grotty rain for her photo prompt.

Day 08 - Something Beginning with 'T' // So today the prompt was a bit odd seeing as there are very few things that I can think of that actually start with the letter T and then even fewer that I could get to at this point in time. So what did I take a picture of? A towel. Some could argue that starts with 'B' for bath towel or that this one is a piece of junk and looks more like a rag, but it's a towel dangit and I'm not getting up to look for something else. Tomorrow I'll try harder.
Prompt: How are you feeling? Communicate it with light.
I wanted to make it seem like the light was coming from where my camera is so I positioned an LED book light right behind my camera to light up my hand more than my face. I'm feeling tired and stressed this week. No photos or press, please! I also made sure that my aperture was low enough to blur out my hand in the foreground while my eye was in focus in the background.

Prompts: I wasn't born to be an angel I cut my feet along the road But it reminds me of the days where I was happy Playin' games with neighbours kids I hardly know And they say I was born to be a suspect I carry all the fault And it still bothers me the way I went about it But I had to leave, you know I had to go. --v 6.1

I hate it when my cameras have the file extensions in caps. Good 'ol Command Prompt allows you to change them all in seconds, handy when you have 100s of photos to change.

here's the logo for my etsy shop called "making this home". I like to make writing prompt journals, and the rhubarb red cover of this one just really catches my attention.
When I saw the prompt, I thought of many little things in my life that I could detail. I was sitting contemplating which to choose and in my hand was my Mountain Dew. ah ha! If you can see the journaling it tells how Mtn Dew is my vice and how excited I am that there are 2 more flavors! Like I said.... it's the little things!

Lots of Adam when he was little and smiled a lot. See the joy on his face as he hugs a big bottle of Hock?
I often amuse myself with snapping the odd "tw*t plate - but today I was prompted by a comment made yesterday on one of my othe pictures (link below) by flickr member "The Judge2012".

He accused a couple of my pictures of being "potential illegal assistance to the car crime community"
A comment which I disagree with.
So I thought I would make today "tw*t Plate Thursday" and capture as many as possible, just to indicate that I will not be discouraged from my little bit of fun :-)
This set only represents about half that I actually saw during the course of the day.
Just to be clear, I am not against "private" number plates on cars at all - we have had them in our family since I was a kid. I have many friends with nice cars and expensive private plates - please do not confuse the two :-)
In my opinion (others may have a different view) - a tw*t plate is one where it is "illegally" spaced, or numbers and letters have to be transposed to make the No plate make sense - basically a cheapo attempt at a "private number".
Here's a link to the original photo that prompted todays blitz - please feel free to comment / express an opinion etc :-)
