I don't think I ever used this picture in my review of whatever projector this was. I think it's quite beautiful, though.

This photograph was one of the coolest experiments I have done. The idea for his came from a substitute teacher in elementary school who had pointed the doc cam at the projector screen, which caused fantom colors and shapes to form, causing a sort of paradox of spinning light.
This is my favorite experimental piece, as it required minimal photoshop to acquire this look. This was definitely the most fun assignment I've done.
The smaller one is MEGASTAR, planetarium projector that Japanese planetarium-creator Ohira made.
This can project the stars more than 100 times as much as usual machine. There are only 3 or 4 MEGASTAR in the world. All are in Japan.

PENTAX *ist DS2 / SIGMA MACRO 50mm F2.8 EX DG
Antique 8mm movie projector. (Revere P-90). Here, I had the projector running. I took this with my Minolta SRT-101, and Kodak Plus-X film. The exposure was 3 seconds at f/8.
You can get some interesting effects with long exposures. Notice that you can actually see through the hub of the film spools :)
