Back from the week long trip into Algonquin. At this point I hadn’t even downloaded the cameras from the trip yet so I was taking a bit of a breather from intense photography. Instead, I popped out to see the movie “The Avengers” with my father. On a Monday afternoon we pretty much had the theatre to ourselves. This is looking back at the projector from the midpoint in the theatre before it was switched on.
Yeah... so uhm, Pauls car is kinda sick. I had to jack this thing up in the street, as I dared not even think of having him pull up the driveway with this menacing front end. Pretty sure my wood block plug is still wedged in his rear jack spot, lol.
These headlights have been fully gutted of stock parts, with a pair of Mini H1 Morimoto BiXenon projectors in each headlight, one of which is wearing the remains of the stock GTR projector like a tight fitting hipster jacket. The Ironman look on all projectors is by way of Morimoto XB Angel Eyes, custom fitted inside the Gattling Gun Shrouds to give a unique glow and LED appeal, without up in your face "Hey look at me, I'm a halo" going on. Subtlety my friends... on a monster car rockin a gnarly wide body kit, I know.
In any case, the rear lighting work is pretty laid back. LED modded stock side markers, with Gloss Black modded tails, nasty bright LED reverse lights, and soon to be sporting the FlyRyde LED Signal module and quad Power LED reverse bulbs, available nowhere near you ;)
What an honor to work on cars like this!

This must be a green scene from The Wizard of Oz. Or that just might be what the projector looks like when its running. I'm not sure...
