Picture 1 of the Project52 Series My name is John, but you can also call me Jack, JFK, Lancer or Kennedy. I can inhabit as various shapes as I have names. This one is a doll and trough it I will travel trough the year. Some say that I once was the most powerful man of the world. I was surely one of those with the most responsibility, but I think that the notion of power is over estimated.

As I once said: We have to choose whether we use power or if power uses us.

I always understood the world as a whole, long before the "one-world" notion became common. "The ultimate truth is the vulnerability of this planet".

On the Photo beyond, I tried not to pose like the infamous "great Dictator" ;-) Rather than than that, I got down on my knees. I did never bent down before anyone, but I was always willing to do so for the Planet.

Week 13: Movement shot #4

Nate and Demetria were leaving the coffee shop after concluding a work meeting. They were unlucky enough to fall onto my radar and have a photo taken.

I have a few favorite colors, but I think I like every shade and hue of blue the best.

The Sun is constant. It always rises, and it always sets, and always in the same direction. It's always a magical time and always puts on a show. I take time EVERY evening to watch the sun set and believe everyone should.

I liked the texture in this path!

Taken in my mum's garden. It is quite shady here only getting a limited amount of sunlight during the day. this picture was taken at night using the security light to throw a small amount of illumination on the flowers.

Montréal, Canada. 06Mar2009

Stay with me on this one. I didn't get a chance to go and shoot something specifically for theme so tried to get the theme to fit with what i already had taken this week. These creeks all connect like natures road map and water is one of (if not) the most important tool needed for grazing.

Post processing was curves and levels adjustment.

Tina is very proud of her pup, Batman. He was named the 2012 Shop Dog of the Year by the Phoenix New Times.

Really liked how they are all staring away from the camera. Cropped the image to only show what really mattered in this foto.

The repetitive delicate lace pattern of the coral of the Great Barrier Reef. Must admit cheated a little and visited the aquarium rather than the real reef - Charlie and I get seasick too easily :).

It might divide opinion but I like the blurry fish in the top corner. I feel it gives it an 'alive' quality. Processing was levels, saturation and colour balance.
