Abertura do Programa de Formação Gerencial 2018 - O Programa de Formação Gerencial (PFG) é uma estratégia de capacitação gerencial permanente e evolutiva com o objetivo de desenvolver o corpo funcional do Senado Federal para atender aos objetivos estratégicos da Casa, mediante a formação progressiva de atuais e futuros gestores.
O Programa terá início com a palestra da PhD em administração em negócios pela Florida Christian University (FCU), Rossana Pavanelli, sobre economia colaborativa e inovação.
Em discurso, diretor da Secretaria de Gestão de Pessoas do Senado Federal, Paulo Ricardo dos Santos Meira.

The Florida International University (FIU) College of Business Global Sales Program Meet and Greet gave students the opportunity to network with students, alumni and professionals. Students were able to meet with employees and learn more about sales and marketing career opportunities.

It heralds the beginning of an essential relationship between these graduates while critically contextualizing the practices of this next generation of contemporary Queensland artists. Promise Program 2012 is curated by Bec Dean and presented in collaboration with Queensland College of Art and University of Southern Queensland.

For over a decade, Merchants Bank of Alabama has actively supported Cullman County schools through their substantially generous Adopt-A-School program.
This morning, the school complexes in both Fairview and Hanceville were the fortunate recipients of the 2016 Christmas edition of the Adopt-A-School program.
Led by CEO Steven R. Glasscock, President Charles R. NeSmith as well as Executive Vice President W. Clark Rainwater, Merchants Bank of Alabama delivered two brand new John Deer XUV Crossover Utility Vehicles (‘Gators’) to Fairview and Hanceville High Schools.
Principals Dr. Chris Gambrill (Fairview) and Jimmy Collins (Hanceville) were on hand to accept these gifted vehicles on behalf of their respective schools.
The Crossover Utility Vehicles will be the on-site responsibility of Cullman County Sheriff’s Office School Resources Officers Deputy Jeff Lawson (Fairview) and Deputy Chad Whaley (Hanceville).
Whaley was particularly excited to have been bequeathed a Gator: “Hanceville has a sprawling campus. While I do not mind walking several miles each day, there will be multiple times per day where a vehicle will come in extremely handy when I need to be all the way across campus at a moments notice. I am very excited about this!”
Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry was instrumental in the decision-making process according to Charles R. NeSmith:
“Sheriff Gentry was very amenable to the idea when he was first approached about his SRO deputies needs on campus. His enthusiastic support for this year’s Adopt-A-School program has been invaluable. WE are very grateful for his participation.”

Norwood Elementary students stretch, run and play exercise games at an after-school program. The student body is predominantly Latino and has several kindergarten students who weigh over 100 lbs. However, the school runs seven different special programs on physical activity and health education ranging from 7am to 6pm.

Scenes from COSI's "3,2,1...Build It!" preschool science outreach program.
Preschoolers explore measurement, look for shapes in buildings and in the world around them, compare and classify by building structures and by taking measurements of authentic construction materials using real tools. This traveling program is available in central Ohio. Supported by PNC Foundation.
