Travel for the Arts is one of the UK’s leading opera and dance holiday specialists. We design, artwork and print manage TFA’s two 48pp brochures annually; coupled with the supporting design collateral including press advertisements and six newsletters.
Wild Dog Design
spectrUM is a hands-on science center. They came to us with nothing more than a name and we gleefully helped them build a brand. Starting with the premise that a hands-on science center deserved hands-on advertising we created a series of science experiments in print and through more unconventional media all over town. From showing old science movies on the side of a bank during the gallery walk, to creating and distributing science experiments in bags to local restaurants, we gave it our full court press and helped spectrUM have a truly grand opening. Today they are literally bulging at the seams with success.

For Greenstar, the largest recycling-led waste management company in the UK & Ireland we designed & produced a small run personalised DM piece; including bespoke case-study copy relevant to the recipient. Produced entirely from recycled material, including even the ring binding the effect was dramatic and elicited a great response.

People in the Mission valley were going to Missoula and Kalispell for their healthcare, even though the region boasts its very own quality healthcare facility, St. Joe's. We were asked to help the hospital remind local folks that they provide top-notch, up-to-date medical care while still caring for people as if they were friends and neighbors, which, of course, they are.
The resulting campaign with the positioning line, "Our mission is the valley" sums up St. Joe's dedication to local residents, while touting the hospital's advanced medical technology and wide-ranging capabilities. More and more people in the valley are now trusting St. Joe's with their medical needs and thus, getting quality healthcare close to home.

Collaboration with my wife Jenny, with some help and inspiration from old postcards. This side corresponded to my Plymouth, Massachusetts roots, where I grew up in a neighborhood surrounded by cranberry bogs.

SOS Children's Villages is the largest children's charity. The year 2009 marked their 60th anniversary.
In preparation, I crafted a 60th Anniversary logo. And then to further commemorate this momentous year, I art directed and produced an anniversary edition of their Village Voices newsletter.
The newsletter is intended be something of a keepsake, making use of the extensive photo library of SOS, long articles and snippets of historical information. I created a layout that had lots of point of engagement - timelines, factoids, country lists.
Design is clean and contemporary while respecting the organizations impressive history.
