I had the honour to shoot Aleks, Tina and Hanna while doing some areal acro on a beautiful sandy beach in Thailand's little paradise called Koh Phangan.
Basil & Adrian shared Handspring’s eleven principles of puppetry. After hearing about the first principle, the Devotional State required to maintain the physically demanding positions of manipulating puppets, a teacher in the workshop responded, “That will go over well with high school students!”

The four girls by the ocean show unity because they round out the focus of the shot by having a sense of repetition. The tomatoes are my example of repetition, the yellow and red little blobs blend together and are echoed through the piece. The peppers show harmony, the complimentary colors are very harmonious. My friend Amy's head and a painting at the MOMA shows variety, in the textures and colors. The thistle plant is an example of contrast, the color scales shows a large contrast. The back round is blurred cool colors and the front is contrasted with the flash and harsh sharp lines. Proximity is represented by the picture of the MOMA, even though I did not personally place these objects they have a great balance that rounds out the picture. The security guard and the empty room set the tone of this picture to feel lonely. The picture of the water and the fern is to show functionality, it motivates me to be more zen and to remember the nature beauty this little world has.

I chose this image for Principles of Design for Rhythm because the divers are a pattern that has a flow to it and you know that they are going to do the exact same thing.
