Princess vine or Curtain Ivy belongs to Vitaceae (Grapevine family). It is an evergreen perennial vine that is native to Florida, south Texas, Mexico south to Central America and Caribbean. This vine occurs in brushy areas and rainforests, and produces a dense mantle that covers other vegetation. Mature stems have swollen nodes and thin peeling bark. Long reddish aerial roots droop down from the axils. Leaves are broadly rounded or ovate, and entire. Yellow-green flowers are seen in the cymes that extend from the axils.

This is Princess Frostine from Candyland and I cant tell you how much I adore these photos. They turned out nothing short of perfect in my eyes lol not to sound cocky but theyre just everything I hoped for. I've had this in the making since before Ms. Mint although originally this was scheduled to be shot the same day as her. So I guess I'll just add how the few pieces that are new to this photo came about. The dress was Brittnees prom dress, and it makes me want to go shopping for vintage clothes to do more shoots with. The snow is spray painted pink, and amazingly I not only used under one can but we also didnt get any on the gown (I would suggest that if you did this to paint the areas first as we did to avoid getting it on the clothes). That idea was largely inspired by Kirsty Mitchell's use of powered paint. We hung icicles and threw snowflakes on the pink, both which we already had from a previous shoot. Her eyebrows are done the same as Mother Oyster and The Caterpillar so refer there. We held a piece of lace up to her face and dabbed teal eyeshadow on it to create the effect across her face the inspiration for this can be found here. The way the board tiles are made can be found in the description of Ms. Mint. This was overall just a blast to shoot and the longer we stood there the better the light got. Brittnee got so into the elegance of this character that we literally had 500 photos to choose from at the end of this, each better than the last. Unfortunately I had to drag my poor dog Shelby out in the woods for this so she could avoid being stuck in her crate all day, but she had a pretty little coat and a cardboard tile to stand on so she wasnt in the snow (not that she wanted to stand on it though) and we felt like idiots walking out of the woods with all this stuff and a pre-madonna looking dog past the quad riders (which by the way we couldve sworn were trying to get closer to our spectacle, its so much fun to see peoples reactions to things like this though) lol Its really days like this that just make all the effort worth while and theres nothing like seeing the image in your head come to life right in front of you.

PRINCESS Ffestiniog Railway Number 1 displayed in original condition inside the old locomotive shed. It is not anticipated that this locomotive will be returned to service having not run since the railway closed in 1946. This is to conserve its original appearance. Sister locos PRINCE, PALMERSTON and WELSH PONY are in service.

I recently rediscovered the junior novelization of Barbie's Princess and the Pauper and thought I'd scan the pictures. I think they're beautiful and real unique because they're actual dolls set up in a studio instead of illustrations like they are now.
