As predicted using TPE, though by my watch the moon was about ten minuites late...;o)

I'm pleased it turned up, however, as I'd sacrificed one of those blood-red flaming ball sunsets behind me whilst I waited. Decisions, decisions......

Visit to the beautiful Casselman River Bridge in Grantsville, Maryland on August 9th, 2017. From the State Park Website: "When the 80-foot span was erected in 1813, it was the longest single span stone arch bridge in the United States. Skeptics predicted that the bridge would collapse once the supporting timbers were removed - yet the bridge stood, serving as an important link on the National Road from 1813 to 1933. Although the bridge no longer carries vehicular traffic, it is open to pedestrians. Today the Casselman River Bridge stands as a picturesque relic of Maryland's early transportation history, and a tribute to those who designed and built the National Road. To the east of the bridge is the "Spruce Forest Artisan Village." The village’s historic buildings were moved from various locations in Western Maryland and restored on the site. They currently serve as studios for a variety of artists. Adjacent to Spruce Village are the Penn Alps restaurant and gift shop, a historic structure that dates to 1818, and Stanton’s Mill, a working grist mill originally established in 1797."

Bear with me people, I'm starting to run dry on shots from the foggy Saturday morning group shoot.

There is somewhat of a blown-out sky here - but I think that adds to the overall contrast. Once the sun started to break trhu the fog, the light was pretty amazing - thanks again to Jason Griffth for predicting this!.

Don’t go to Richmond Park on a predicted “Met Office Heat Wave” weekend in March!

You won’t be able to park

5 million people who probably live within walking distance will drive their enormous Range Rovers, Audis, Mercs, BMW’s and other prestige car marques to the park

20 million twats on bicycles think they own the roads and tracks

10 million designer dog owners will let their little test tube creations shite everywhere

If you do find somewhere to park then you will return to your car to find some *anker of a BMW owner has completely blocked you!

The only sounds you will hear will be that of vast jumbo jets on their approach run to Heathrow

A million green parrots squawking from every tree

When you do find some deer to photograph you will them come across some pissed up Eastern European (10.30 in the morning) chasing them with a can of beer in his hand.

The park is dead! Countless decaying fallen trees, no sign of any life what so ever!

Apart from that it was a great day out!

Nikon D7100 shooting RAW captures huge files…worked the mega high speed SD cards to death today…never buy slow cards again! Ultra Fast is the only way to go…even if it does break the bank !

Richmond Park is the largest Royal Park in London covering an area of 2,500 acres. From its heights there is an uninterrupted view of St Paul's Cathedral, 12 miles away.

Richmond Park has changed little over the centuries and although it is surrounded by human habitation, the varied landscape of hills, woodland gardens and grasslands set among ancient trees abound in wild life.

The royal connections to this park probably go back further than any of the others, beginning with Edward (1272-1307), when the area was known as the Manor of Sheen. The name was changed to Richmond during Henry VII's reign. In 1625 Charles I brought his court to Richmond Palace to escape the plague in London and turned it into a park for red and fallow deer. His decision, in 1637, to enclose the land was not popular with the local residents, but he did allow pedestrians the right of way. To this day the walls remain, although they have been partially rebuilt and reinforced.

In 1847 Pembroke Lodge became the home of the then Prime Minister, Lord John Russell and was later the childhood home of his grandson, Bertrand Russell.

It is now a popular restaurant with glorious views across the Thames Valley.

The Isabella Plantation is a stunning woodland garden which was created after World War II from an existing woodland, and is organically run, resulting in a rich flora and fauna.

Richmond Park has been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest and a National Nature Reserve.

I correctly predict the single costliest natural ever in detail before it reportedly cost $340 billion at "June 15, 1896" epicenter magnitude "wave height" "cities hit" and casualties the now LEVEL 7 nuclear disaster site before I was tortured by police.

Jornada Predictive Analytics de EY España y SAP Spain

I PREDICT...

by Morris Sanders

Industrial Designer of New York

The kitchen of tomorrow will have no taint of the drudgery that characterized it in the past. A symbol of its efficiency will be the new refrigerators you will buy with your War Bonds. I have designs in my files for a horizontal, counter-height refrigerator that enables the housewife to see its entire contents without wearisome stooping. It has multiple compartments with varying degrees of temperature from "deep freeze" to "cool", and a special "private" compartment for ice cubes. There will be no wholesale release of cold air every time the refrigerator door opens, consequently it will be more economical. Furthermore, its cubic area will allow for more actual storage space than in the past.

[So where are the jet packs and horizontal, counter-height, energy-efficient refrigerators we were promised!?]

How to predict the future with big data: Thomas Nørmark at TEDxVennelystBlvd

In his talk Thomas Nørmark introduces us into the secret mechanisms of future predictions. This has nothing to do with fortune telling but patterns in big data. He illustrates how big data allows us to look into the future and even predict our individual future lives. He shows why you should see this inevitable development as an opportunity rather than a threat.

Thomas Nørmark is the head of innovation at itelligence Nordic. With his team he works on solutions using predictive analysis. He developed a “time machine” consisting of systems and solutions for predicting the future using social media data, object recognition and predictive analysis algorithms. One of his recent programs is to predict the movement of fish along Australia's coast. He hold a Master's degree in Computer Science from Aarhus University and gained extensive experience as SAP software consultant. When he was only nine years old, Thomas ran eight marathons and won bronze medal at The National Chess Championship.

Sampson has been our buddy since 2004. In the winter of 2008, he suffered a severe perineal hernia that required a $2000 surgery to repair it. At the time of the surgery, we were told that due to the severity of the hernia that it was likely to reoccur. As predicted, it has reoccurred and he desperately needs more surgery before 2012. Other than the hernia, he is a happy, healthy and active dog who should live to his mid to late teens. Therefore, I cannot in good conscience end his life prematurely. I have also contacted a Corgi rescue in hopes that he could be adopted to a family that is more financially able to care for him. However, since my husband and I can't have children, giving him up for adoption because of health issues seems as ridiculous to us as giving up our 9 year old child for adoption because we can't keep up with the medical expenses. We work in the service industry, living paycheck to paycheck and our credit is not good enough to get a care credit card that would allow us to make payments. To help us pay for Sampson's surgery, we have set up a ChipIn donation site to raise funds for Sampson's surgery. So please consider donating whatever small amount you can to help keep Sampson with the family that loves him. If you can't make a donation, please pass this info along to friends who may be able to help. Sampson, his Corgi buddies Shiloh & Rusty and his human family thank you! Click on the link below to go to Sampson's ChipIn.com page to make your donation. THANK YOU!!

11.11.11 Update: A big thank you to all you wonderful flickr friends! We've received several generous donations from flickr members pushing us over the 13% mark of our goal. Since I've been promoting Sampson's photos, I've found several of them used on websites & blogs. I hold a creative commons license because I'm not a professional photographer and if people like my photos and want to use them, I don't want them to be limited by an exorbitant fee. However, I have a pup in trouble and he needs your help, so, if you like my Corgi photos or save them as favorites, please donate $1; if you use any of my Corgi or animal photos on your website or blog, please donate $5 to: corgisampson.chipin.com/sampson-the-corgis-hernia-surgery...

It's a small price to pay compared to a pro's fee, and it helps a much loved dog in need. Again, we appreciate all efforts & donations, and Sampson & the Corgi Clan thank you!

The data was transmitted electrically to the 40 mm cannon and made them much more effective. This was another American advantage in World War II in the Pacific. On the 4th & 5th October 2016, leading international thinkers in the areas of Data, Predictive Models, Technology and Decision making gathered at the RDS, Dublin, for Predict 2016. The speakers, many of whom I managed to photograph, discussed the latest progress in Predictive Modelling and its future – from Data to Software and Hardware technology, plus Predictive Modelling methods and the best examples of Data-driven Decision-making.

The organisers kindly invited me to the Predict event at the RDS. In case your are interested I used a Sony A7RM2 coupled with a Sony 29-135 full frame lens. The lens does attract a lot of attention which allows me to to have interesting interesting people … volunteers, students from Brazil, photographers etc.

Just like I predicted, We're at the point of no return

We can go backwards, and no corners have been turned.

I can't control it, if I sink or if I swim

'cause I chose the water that I'm in.

I hear you talking, but your words don't mean a thing.

I doubt you ever put your heart into anything.

It's not much to ask for, to get back what I put in,

But I chose the waters that I'm in.

And it makes no difference who is right or wrong

I deserve much more than this

'Cause there's only one thing I want

What's your definition of the one

What you really want him to become?

No matter what I sacrifice it's still never enough

Just like I predicted

I will sink before I swim

'cause these are the waters that I'm in

If it's not what you're made of

You're not what I'm looking for

You where willing but unable to give me anymore

There's no way, You're changing, cause somethings will just never be mine

You're not love this time

You're not love this time

You're not love this time ...
