Well, I hated the old mask so I made a new one. It is removable. I'm pretty sure this is the only Predator with a removable mask, or at least the first :D

I'm very proud of the turnout of this fig.

These are but a few of the little alligators older relatives that he should fear as he attempts to reach adulthood! The bends in Horsepen Bayou where he was sunning has the heaviest concentration of alligators within the Armand/Horsepen bayou estuary system! He be wise to keep an extremely low profile! These photos were taken on Horsepen Bayou!

The PFC just came to me in the last couples of days, and of course i had to create it! And then i saw it would fit alongside the Predator Prowler Gunship www.flickr.com/photos/133195951@N07/17015975623/in/photos... as a command wehicle of some sorts, eventualy as a electronics warfare support and squadron leader.

It is a very satisfying build where the details and solutions i have acquired creates and overall integrated design.

The PFC will be part of a small display, eventually.

Comment are more than welcome, thank you.

Enjoy!

I just worked out where the chaps who made the Predator series of films got their inspiration from :)

These little guys, well our ones are certainly not little anymore they are getting quite large, look absolutely freakish when you get up close and have a proper look :) The other really neat thing about them is that whilst they have a standard insect compound eye, they have what looks like a eye ball on it.. and it moves, follows you around :)

Imagine being the size of a ant and coming across one of these in the bushes !

First attempts shooting my Hot Toys - Classic Predator. The quality of this thing is really impressive.

Day 7 for Project 365 X 7 - Although I've arguably made Predators already, this is a continuance of that series of figures. This is inspired by some pieces from Amazing Armory that I had received, as well as some of the images seen in the new Predators movie. Thanks!

Ghost Predator is based off the NECA Kenner-Inspired Expanded Universe action figure of the same name.

Seen here:

news.toyark.com/2016/10/24/neca-predator-series-16-kenner...

I used plain white for the skin tone; paint applications in the old Kenner days were quite simple. Any suggestions for a newer printed skin tone, based on the photos from the link?

Overall, I wanted to update the Jungle Hunter mini-figure that I had done a while ago. I was able to add shoulder armor, dreadlocks, and plasma caster to Ghost Predator, while still retaining the original design.

Enjoy the bio, straight from the minds of NECA!

Narrowly escaping a Super Predator raid on his village, the Predator known as Ghost has used his ā€œpresumed deadā€ status to his advantage. He has devoted his life to systematically eliminating the entire race of those responsible for the death of his people. Living in complete solitude, Ghost has taught himself extreme focus and patience, often scouting Super Predator tribes for weeks before a calculated strike. Using specialized thermal dampening netting, he is only seen seconds before a kill. This has caused him to become a subject of Super Predator lore – a ā€œboogie-manā€ whom his targets fear. The psychological advantage gives Ghost and edge in combat, as his opponents are often fear-stricken upon seeing him. His plasma caster is only for defense: Ghost prefers the death blow of a cleaver sword or smart disc, ensuring that his prey sees him at their moment of death.

Aftermarket parts are from Minifig.Cat, Brick Forge, and Brick Warriors.

Female predator. This awesome costume was self made & painted. I think it looks better than the ones used in movies. Predator & Alien costumes won this year's costume competition.

and i foresee that more will come in the future.

I plan to make it part of a display, wich i am working on and hopefully will bring to our annual RLUG Convention at the end of April.

I still need to do a few small finishing touches here and there, but was overall quite satisfied, so had to post.

The Predator Elite is a medium to heavy warfighter, which will engage any enemy, be it in the air, sea or at the ground, dosn't matter. They are known to be ferocious and know no fear and will engage at any oportunity..........

Please enjoy, and feel free to comment.

People's concerns for the young lady in the previous posts are definitely warranted because these predators are found everywhere on the bayou!! Not so much around Bay Area Park but a few do hang around in that area even though they have natural fear of man! Have not witnessed an attack personally except for the one that grabbed a fish in mid air as it attempted to jump away!! Never let the size fool you! The largest ones are every bit as quick as the smaller ones!! I have seen them with deer and bits of pig in their mouths!! They have to eat and I will always be fascinated by them, but not fearful of them!! They demand your respect at all times no matter what type of animal you are!! This one was captured on Horsepen Bayou! Just want to add that this one is roughly 11 feet in length...not a small one!

My latest WIP. I think it's coming along quite nicely :]

I think for the head, I'm gonna make the helmet pop on like a visor.
