These American White Cranes made it easy. I had my camera on a tripod at a distance of about 100 yards. They allowed me to shoot until I had the image I wanted.
Post Card Magazine Collage #1
Magazine cut outs stuck to card and covered with sticky back plastic. Voilà!
Japanese home front postal card, back.
Size of all of these is about 3 9/16" x 5 9/16". This seems to have been standard for IPU postcards, odd the Japanese would conform to those rules as a right wing fascist power.
But apparently they did.
