Just a simple comment would be nice no big logos...thank you!
I was pretty surprised to see a house like this abandoned and graffiti'd, and it's not really even that old. It sits on the 3300 block of Point Grey Road, right at the corner of Waterloo street.
A late afternoon shot of the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, with some warm sun and a nice pattern in the clouds.
I would have loved to have got a bit closer to these boats. Unfortunately, there are signs saying beware of quicksand - I felt it wise to be careful!! 8)
(L to R): Lucy and Thomas (Phoebe's parents). Amy (Ruby and Sam's mom). I met these lovely people through the Montessori and Gordon Schools. It's nice to finally have friends like me nearby.
The battery at Kilkerrin Point was built to defend the Shannon estuary from French invasion during the Napoleonic Wars. The blockhouse was equipped with 2 5.5 inch howitzers on the roof for close in defence of the fort and a battery of 6 24 pounders for bombardment of ships on the river. The forts were built between 1811 and 1816. There were a total of 7 forts built. Carrig island, Foynes and Tarbert on the southern side of the river and Kilcredaun, Scattery Island, Doonaha and Kilkerrin Point to the north.
to end a long weekend of keeping busy, my buddy Simon and I drove to Point Dume and Mugu Rock for some good photo exploration of seascapes, this is the "point" in Point Dume

highest point, you can see quite a lot from ~9k feet. Nice place to fall down too - its rather tiny spot to stand on.
not only did I really enjoy this month of shoes with spc, I had lots of fun with my pictures for this week...
I could not decide between my two favorite shots, so the second one is below in the comments.
