This little fellow was found on the ground nearly covered by leaves next to the Indiana Aids Memorial at Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN. Photographers choice to move him to the top of the stone.
The road from Frangokastello via Kapsodasos to Kalikratis in Crete. This pic is from 2005 when we climbed this on foot. 27 hairpin turns take you from sea level to 800 meter high. It is now asphalted but the pavement is very narrow.

For an old couple, here is the happiest thing in the world.
In China, McDonald's is a pop place for old generations to take a rest and engage in small talks.

This is one of the reasons I got the Olympus Tough TG6 Camera. Whenever I set anything down. Sven has to investigate.
Of course Charlie has to supervise.
I must say they were hunting the dog biscuits I was carrying as goat/dog treats!

I absolutely love exploring along this creek, which has fascinated me since I was young. I've always loved water. I love to look at it, be around it and swim/wade in it. I've never swam in this particular creek though. I usually stick to pools.
The view has changed some in the name of progress. Some of the trees across the water have been cleared away for a new business moving into town. I do not know what that business is yet. They are still doing dirt work.

An early spring storm moving through the area on this May 2012 night produced quite a cloud show at sunset. It just stayed in my neighborhood instead of driving to country. If I had driven off in search of open ground,I might have missed the best colors.
"Always carry a camera!" -- There are potential photos etched in my memory from times in the past when I didn't have a camera. Most of those times were in the film days. Once digital pocket cameras became affordable, that problem was resolved. Now in the age of smart phones, nearly everyone has a camera at all times.
I wrote all of that to say that I've taken a lot of car window photos since getting that pocket camera and I have no regrets. Digital is so forgiving. If you don't like it, delete it.
This is a series of "out the window" shots taken in the fall of 2013. It was golden hour and late fall. That combination made for some nice shots, even if it was from a moving car.
