Pretty much straight out of the camera. Just a grape vine leaf back lit in the morning sun.

One of the plants in the classroom where I led the after school sketching group. I did a pencil sketch to get the children started on the subject, adding to the sketch during the hour-long session. Some of the children thought it would be good to add colour to it, as they had done, so I did so, basing the colour on a snap I took on my mobile phone. I think it is one of my better plant or flower drawings.

One of my favorite photo~!

In Sunderland`s Winter Gardens, an abstract image of a giant palm plant

This plant is in a pot outside our local Coffee Shop, but no one inside knows what it is. The buds open up and inside is a solid green bulb like plant that LOOK like a green tomato but I don't think it is. ANYONE??

I Googled this plant it is called a TOMATILLO PLANT

It is used to make Salsa!

A plant I spotted along the Mississippi River. I'm sure it was just a weed but the little blooms were fascinating.

I am no horticulturalist but apparently some plants need protection by being position near a wall or away from the wind. This bush looked like it needed nurturing as someone placed it near a wall and even built a wall around it to protect its roots. Faith is described as a shield. It does indeed protect the user from (and in) the difficulties and trials of life. Try a little faith in God and see the difference for yourself. You might be surprised.

As for the sheep, well I think he had just discovered that the grass tastes a lot better by the wall. Life tastes good with faith. I know, I've tried it both ways.
