It was actually painful to see my lovely porch flowers covered in snow this morning. The pots were too heavy to bring inside so we will wait to see which ones were tough enough to brave the cold, wind and snow that we had. I am still longing for autumn so lets hope it warms again. (Not that great a shot but it was COLD.)

During Tulip Time Festival downtown Holland, MI, came across this beautiful pink dogwood tree full of blooms.
In color psychology, pink is a sign of hope. It is a positive color inspiring warm and comforting feelings, a sense that everything will be okay.
After such a cold winter.. it's not only a spectacle to see these flowers.. well in bloom already.. but a most wonderful surprise.. View On Black
