Pink daisies with a bokehlicious green background.
These daisies grows wild and are pretty hardy plants, they do give a good show of colours and looks great in photos.
Just wanted to add some colours for Sunday!

When I looked out of my bedroom window this morning I saw that my neighbour's (and friends) had bought a new pink parasol so (very cheekily) asked if I could pop round to take some shots!
I created this mosaic to celebrate my first Explore Interestingness presence. Thank you, Flickr friends, for posting such beautiful pink flowers...

This cute little tube style minidress came from Great Glam. Its shiny, its tight fitting and its short! ...All the best features of the proper minidress! Oh ,for the love of a Zinnia........They have to love us to give us such, beauty........Remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I love geraniums. They are such a good value plant, flowering for months. I have lots of different ones in pots all around the patio. This is one of my favourites. The flowers are beautiful, and although the leaves are not as exciting as many other types, they are scented.
Trying to backlight this flower I finally found it was best wedged in between the slats of the blind!
These lilies grow all around the roads in Sonoma County, turning heads as cars drive by. These were in the forest, turning my head as I tracked some birds.
They get their nickname, Naked Ladies, because their have no greenery or leaves, just the stem and the wonderful flower.
went out early this morning to do a flower photoshoot down at Zilker Park after a few months...the cooler weather here is bringing out a nice selection of flora at the park's garden center, which made for a nice and colorful morning of shooting! :-)
will be posting selections from the shoot over the next few days...but for now here are a few rare jewels for all of you! have a great new week and take care!

Zinnia - comes in a wide variety of colors with large, profuse blooms.
They are truly an easy to grow annual flower.
The colours are just beautiful and gives the garden a beautiful display.
The Walled Garden
Elford Hall was sadly demolished in the 1960’s, but the Walled Garden that served the Hall throughout the 19th century remains. A team of determined villagers and volunteers have been working over the past few years on restoring the gardens to their former glory and they are now being enjoyed by all who visit. There’s a rose garden, allotments providing organic produce, a walk-way leading to a picnic area besides the river and an event area where a number of very successful village events have been held.
This garden is a 'must see'.
I had to go out and try to get a few more magnolia shots. So many were falling apart but I was able to get a few nice photos. I am posting two more.
I think this a type of 'salvia'.. ID welcome.. as always..
