Sumatran Tiger at the Los Angeles Zoo. These tigers are the smallest tiger subspecies, though this one looked quite large and threatening! Unfortunately, Sumatran tigers are critically endangered.

The second to last image from this evening at Cissbury ring, I was sat on the ground with my tripod on it`s lowest legs shooting across the wild flowers as a transatlantic flight passed by . No filters. I have been out with the camera a lot of late so have a ton of images to show .

a fairly young Lioness with a still unblemished face is quite nervous because a large nomad male Lion had crossed into the territory of its pride while the dominant male of the pride was not in the area.
The nomad had been calling during the night and he passed through our mobile tented camp just before sunrise.
The afternoon before we had seen an older Lioness moving away from the pride and her older cubs. Probably she wanted to divert the nomad ...

This is Zeb - a high-content wolfdog that lives at the Yamnuska Sanctuary near Calgary, Alberta. For some reason he would make eye contact with me and was interested in what I was doing.
All it takes is few moments to stand in solitude in front of the magnificence of nature. You immediately realize that your worries, stress, sadness are evaporating. You feel like a child held in your mother's arm, protected from all perils of life that were consuming you. But do you feel fear? Maybe not. But you certainly feel that you are like a baby, and you need her to hold you firm.
This photo feels very close to my heart. It shows me the light of hope piercing the darkness of a long night. The shadow is being lifted by the hymn of a bright day ahead.
