These are the finished images, edited in camera raw and Photoshop.

The collective idea between these images is they are all images of water that contain diagonal dynamic leading lines.

Artistic Sketches of the Most Recent Collection

I brought out the grass to show the contrasting colors. The sun hitting the wheels made a cool shadow.

The logo expresses what the word ACASA means. The letter A, without horizontal stem, represents the home comfort.

The graphic rhythm of the logotype

transmits balance.

The harmony is emphatized by the dashes

of the letter "A". Moving away they whisper the graphic cadence of the letters.

Dashes are the core.

Study of the male form.

Watercolour, Quink ink and paper text on foam board.

This and the next painting are from the 'personal project' in my Foundation Degree. I began by analyzing the film 'Pan's Labyrinth'. I focused on how the human form was depicted in the film which was quite abstract and nightmare-ish. You get the feeing of oppression, confined places, time running out and an extreme sense of vulnerablity.

These are collages that are produced by ripping magazine images into strips and reforming them. I would like to develop these images further by recreating them with fabric and painted bondaweb in relation to a project that I am doing about memories and quilted textiles.
