Lake Massabesic in Manchester NH, USA. I pass this lake on my way to work and some days I just gotta stop and take it all in.
Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! I miss spending time here and hope that one day when I am not working such long hours and commuting I will have more time and energy! I treasure all my contacts here and am forever grateful for all that I have learned from all of you!
In case anyone knows the bride or groom and thinks they might like the pictures (we have a few), the wedding was at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mellieħa at around 5pm on 24th March 2023.
We were looking at Parish Church on the way back from our walk and wandered over to where two people were looking down on the Sanctuary Church - the Churches are next door to each other, but are at different levels. They had been waiting 30 minutes for the bride to arrive, we were lucky as she arrived 5 minutes after we did :-)
leilani and i drove around until we saw this spot and both kind of went, yup this is it.

I've never seen a rainbow this perfect before. It was raining when I left the house for my morning walk, and I almost left my camera behind. Fortunately, I stuck my little Canon S95 in my pocket, and it saved the day. I would have kicked myself clear into that channel if I'd missed this shot.

We had the most beautiful perfect weather this past weekend, I spent all day outside. Perfect chance to play with dolls in the yard. 😄 Of course it didn't last long and now it's super humid and hot again... 😅
This Eastern Kingbird kept perching on this snag and making short flights to catch bugs for dinner. It made for a nice and predictable landing zone for a sneaky photographer to setup for the perfect landing shot.
