Izzy made a new game today playing with me from behind a tree.

This blossom was peeking from behind a tree as if to say "Welcome." If I'm not in my garden then I'm in the woods!

Loved the slit of light peeking through this tulip as it sat in the low light of the family room.

Still busy with my Dad but he has greatly improved and we are hoping he gets into rehab to build his legs up strong for golf. Happy as well today as our youngest son is returning from a 4 month trip away to south east Asia and New Zealand...he climbed mountains, glaciers, snorkelled, scuba dived, sky dived, bungie jumped, did meditation and yoga in the temples of Ankor Wat and slept in huts along beautiful beaches...now I would have loved the beaches...LOL! So proud of his adventurous spirit but so glad to get him home with us once again...

My favorite game to play with toddlers is peek a boo! I simply ask them to go look around the tree to see what is back there, they almost always circle it, and when I can see them again, I yell "Peek a boo"...I 99% of the time I get a beautiful shot.

Another one from the flower against the window session.

This is one of my personal favorites of all my photos from the trip. I love his face peeking out between the shells.

Visited with Wiffsmiff23. A permission visit to a local sma-ll, volunteer run theatre and cinema in a local town 30 minutes away. Two hours spent exploring inside and some time in the projection room to finish as a bonus.

This is the oldest theatre site in Wales. It was extensively refurbished in 1927 but as it retained the basic structure of the Victorian building it can claim to be one of, if not, the oldest working theatre in Wales. The present building stands on the site of what was The Bell Inn, the history of which can be traced back to at least 1794. More history can be found here: www.monmouth-savoy.co.uk/history/

peek a boo - a sparrow only shows little of himself. But thats enough for a good picture imho.

Laila is peeking at you! Are you peeking back?

I was doing a timelapse at the train tracks, hoping for a good sunset and a train or two. I got the latter, and for some reason, both of the trains that passed stopped before crossing the road. Each time someone got off the train to do a quick check of the tracks, then they hopped back on and the train went on it's way. Of all the times I've been stopped at this crossing, I don't think I've ever seen that happen.

I took this large sheet of brown paper that was packing material in something we received and draped it over a couple of cardboard boxes that were already on the family room floor. The cat has been hiding out under there for about a week now!

Construction, Week 56

Since I was poking around, I decided I might as well go right up to the store and take a peek inside: after all, other people have already been inside training, so why can’t I at least walk on the sidewalk? I took this pic looking in the café window, and with it we can finally say with absolute certainty that this store has the same Marketplace décor package we were expecting (see Meat & Seafood sign, left background). Also, hopefully those are just spotlights above the “beverages” sign, and not security cameras pointing straight at me XD
