This is the former Paramount Pictures Office building built in 1927. It was built in cinematic style architecture. Initially Paramount built 7 cinemas in the UK - one of them being the London Road Paramount only a stone's throw away from this building, which later became the Odeon.
I couldn't figure out what this was supposed to be... and it's rarely illuminated at night. - I discovered later that it was part of the paramount theatre sign from years ago.

Statue of Liberty used for ?? in the January 2008 release of the movie by the title of Cloverfield. One of xx photos of this site.
I blew the exposure on this one, then screwed around in Photoshop and decided I liked this version best.

Snapped this while at the end of the Paramount Studios tour yesterday. This is the original gate of Paramount, before they ended up expanding. It was a decent photo before post, but the work in post brought it up another level, I think.
The colors on this are quite weird.

Shown as purchased. It took quite a bit of time to find all the Campagnolo parts to ut this back to what it stated out as - BUT, it was well worth the effort. This was like a Rolls Royce when I was a kid. You looked, you drooled, you dreamed, but you couldn't afford. (Don't think they've gotten any cheaper, either!)

Along with giving the original Grease a new 4K restoration, Paramount has given the sequel some love by putting Grease 2 on Blu-ray for the first time (as part of the Grease Collection Blu-ray set).
