Here is the Paper Kite from a different angle. It was great that I got to the butterfly pavilion early in the morning and could linger without feeling rushed along by a crowd.
I cleaned out my photo box, getting rid of bad and duplicate shots. I decided to scan some to share :)
Not all my cranes, alas. These are ones folded at a youth conference in March of 2003.

The challenge at H.A. got me to thinking that my favorite colors have changed thru the years, so did my "about-me" challenge about that. Lots of H.A. stamps used. The little MY tag, was stamped with H.A. Alphabet blocks. Thanks for looking.

A weapon of Writer
A pen (Latin: penna, feather) is a writing implement used to apply ink to a surface, usually paper, for writing or drawing.
Paper is a thin material produced by pressing together moist fibers, typically cellulose pulp derived from wood, rags or grasses, and drying them into flexible sheets.
Paper is a versatile material with many uses. Whilst the most common is for writing and printing upon, it is also widely used as a packaging material, in many cleaning products, in a number of industrial and construction processes, and even as a food ingredient – particularly in Asian cultures.
Paper, and the pulp papermaking process, was said to be developed in China during the early 2nd century AD, possibly as early as the year 105 A.D.,[1] by the Han court eunuch Cai Lun, although the earliest archaeological fragments of paper derive from the 2nd century BC in China.[2]
The modern pulp and paper industry is global, with China leading production and the United States behind it.

Found a creepy paper mache mask at Michaels' craft store...had to get a few pics. It was a good excuse to play with low level lighting, and be retarded.
One Canon 580ex2 at its lowest power, just left of the mask.
