More of a Zen thing... much more intriguing than a single plastic bag in the wind, and the stereo sound of thousands of packing peanuts dancing on the road was something to remember.

Documentation of us slowly and laboriously packing of all our stuff in boxes (minus the gazillion bags of things that have gone to Goodwill or the trash), followed by the professional movers' much more efficient loading of our things out of the condo and into an LA-bound truck! It's now oh-so-empty in here...
Actually, this wall in Angkor Thom is packing six trunks, and dozens of apsaras -- dancers -- in bas relief.
This is it. All I carried to Mexico is here. One backpack that fits in the overhead (taking less room than most carry-ons) and a tiny over-the-shoulder pack for papers, a book and a camera.
Nobody thought I could do it.

#Packing_Tips: The last items to be loaded should be those items that can be stuffed into holes and that don't contain anything #fragile, such as bags full of clothes, linens, blankets, and towels. Unlike the majority of people, I'm not going home this weekend (as I live much too far away to even think about it) but instead am staying overnight in a hotel tomorrow while playing softball. My common theme of either close ups of different objects or nature continues... I made it black and white as I thought the colour took away from the photo. I also cropped it and adjusted the contrast.
