We drew close to 2000 little drawings in 2 days for the Fangamer packing slips. They'll be sent out with the Mother 3 Handbooks.
The Seattle Flickrites have a weekly challenge for a topic, and this week is 'Heat.' Many people will not remember that 'Heat' is a term used for a firearm, often called a 'Heater.' So, 'Packing Heat' means you would be carrying a concealed weapon.
My weapon of choice in this shoot was a Rock Island Armory Match Grade 1911-A1 semi-auto pistol. It carries 8 rounds in the magazine and 'one in the pipe.'

They use the cemetery to pack their fruit, but are chased away by the City Council workers from time to time. As far as I can see, they leave the graves pretty tidy -- but they know nothing at all about the cemetery and its history!

This facility opened in the early 1990s; it was originally a Big Star, which opened in 1976 and closed in spring 1982. It became a Giant Open Air on June 17th, 1982 and Farm Fresh in 1987, which relocated here on April 17th, 1988.
Tomorrow we finally return to Europe! Life at home in Portland is wonderful, but it has been too long since I've seen a medieval cathedral. The trip will be 2.5 months long and includes the Netherlands; Brussels; lots of England; Scotland all the way up to Orkney; N France; Switzerland; N Italy and Rome; Salzburg; and finally W Germany and Strasbourg just in time for Christmas markets.
More trains will be involved this time, so these little bags are all I'm taking! (But what they lack in size they make up for in weight, I'm afraid.) Should be another grand adventure, with many photos posted here along the way.
Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service (SITES) registrars pack up the didactic panels that accompany the "Suited for Space" exhibition. Custom crates are built to house sets of panels and objects to ensure the protection of the traveling exhibition.

103/365: I do not know how to pack light. What if you need 3 pairs of shoes?
Anyhow, I took a hot yoga class earlier in the evening. I could have gotten some interesting pictures out of that only if I could feel my hands, or my entire body, during the class. Hot like heck!!!
Nobelius & Co Nursery were a very famous business in the Hills and they owned a large estate near Emerald Lake. Their products were loaded into train from the Packing Shed and the associated siding for dispatch all around the State of Victoria.
Now the building has been restored into a function centre for use by the railway.
