I'm off home a week tomorrow so thought I'd better start packing.
It's going okay so far, but I'm slighly regretting flying with the company I chose as they have an incredibly mean baggage allowance. Booo. I won't be making that mistake again...
Close-up view around a vintage industrial steam valve stem that contains exposed, highly fibrous asbestos valve stem packing material, which can be damaged when disassembling or performing routine maintenance on the valve's bonnet.
In this example, amounts of the asbestos packing is partially exposed and is seen protruding from around the valve stem at the valve's bonnet. The type of asbestos packing appears to be a fibrous, loose fill type of packing (see here).
I have been on a lot of trips this year, and have accumulated some very handy travel accessories to make them easy. My favorite is the Eagle Creek Pack-It Folder, which wraps up all my clothing into a bundle that is essentially the same size as a laptop. This means I can compress all the clothes I'm bringing into little bricks that slip easily into my slim laptop bag!
i'm going to taiwan this evening. i've used sebastian's potion 9 to tame my nappy hair for more than 10 years. since the bottle it comes in is a whopping 5 oz, this 2.5oz bottle of moisturizer (plus sunscreen) has been repurposed as shown for airplane regulation.
A crew member carries four rolls of fire hose on her shoulder using the handle of her hand tool to balance them.
Practicing hose lays and water handling is a part of spring training for hotshots.

An Earth-friendly packing material on display in Rafiki's Planet Watch (Conservation Station) in the Animal Kingdom in WDW. You buy the flat craft paper and the patented Geami system (made in Morrisville, NC, near Raleigh) expands the paper into the form you see here. It's one of those "why didn't I think of that" products. I hope they make millions and help save the planet in the process.

First 5 1/2 are done, the remaining 1 1/2 will hopefully survive the travel, as the masts are too sturdy to be removed from the ships themselves without completely destroying the ships.
Now there are just two more, small ships that need to be prepared, but that shouldn't take that long...
David continues to enhance his packing sprites preset better. Just having fun packing just about anything I want which is what my quest has been since I first heard about Jigsaw Image Mosaics. Again, thanks to David (Mr. G'MIC) for continually making his gift better and better. :)
