I went to Kite Festival last weekend in Washington DC, and I spotted this Peace Kite flying high close to Washington Monument. This morning I found that the Peace sign just turned 50 years old today. View On Black

In the pleasant evening light the lady is selling tasty, home prepared food stuff to people walking along the girivalam path, i.e. the path around the Arunachala hill. Her view seems to rest on the holy hill which is to the left.
Over 160 species of this lily can be found in tropical America and Southeast Asia. This one's in the tropical house at the Krohn Conservatory in Cincinnati.
