When it comes to forgiveness, even good friends sometimes struggle. At times, people break off long-standing friendships because they find it too hard to extend forgiveness. What a shame. Peaceful relations can be restored with love and patience. I am tenacious when it comes to showing love and patience.:)

Peace On Earth is an abstract photo of a dandelion. It is one of seven version. I like this one for its simplicity.
Demilitarised Zone (DMZ), South Korea. The Peace Bell was built in 2000 to pray for peace of the human race and national unification in celebration of the new millennium. Symbolizing the 21st century, it was built with 21 stairs and the bell weighs 21 tonnes.
My thoughts go out to those in Paris. It's a shame so many waste their lives in violence when we live in such a beautiful and fragile place. We need to move forward as one people.
Who ever gets tired of watching the day come to a close when it looks like this. There’s Peace at Sunset and surely there’s Peace At Sunrise but it’s what we do with the time in between that defines how wisely we make the best use of time. Thanks for viewing my work. My 'Peace' variegated hybrid tea-rose.
It is a blend of pink, cream and soft yellow.
'Peace' is a Meilland rose from France.

The 'Peace' rose (Rosa Madame A. Meilland) is also known as
Rosa Peace - Gioia. 'Peace' roses are renowned for their exquisite beauty and symbolic significance. Introduced in 1945 (though bred before the war - in 1935 - and hidden away from Adolf Hitler during the war years) these hybrid tea roses were named in honour of the end of World War II and have since become iconic symbols of peace and tranquillity.
The elegant blooms showcase a harmonious blend of soft pink, cream, and yellow hues. It is said that 'Peace' has a delicate fragrance, but I think the fragrance is very slight, if any.
