In the pleasant evening light the lady is selling tasty, home prepared food stuff to people walking along the girivalam path, i.e. the path around the Arunachala hill. Her view seems to rest on the holy hill which is to the left.
If you can hear your thoughts... there is peace. This is at the Håkøya island close to Tromsø, Norway. A bird paradise and even reindeers enjoying life...

This beautiful Eurasian Collared Dove is a symbol of peace, love, freedom and hope. May this day be filled with all of these. I was given the opportunity to photograph this lovely bird in Puerto Morelos, Mexico on our 46th wedding anniversary. Perfect representation for what every marriage needs.

While visiting with friends in Calgary we took a quick peek at the Peace Bridge which is under construction this year. Last year about 70 % of the glass railings were destroyed by vandalism. So the city has come up with a plan to replace the glass with tension cables as a safer and more cost efficient repair. People can still pass over the bridge between construction boards. The world is in a sad place with too many people not respecting property of any kind. I love the design of this bridge. But I love the idea of pedestrians and cyclists being able to cross the Bow River and reduce the need to use cars to get around. I am glad the bridge is getting repaired.
All governments of the world should be reasonable
and terminate the corona restrictions immediately,
to maintain or restore peace!

Finally completed my mass production of 300 hand casts for my mid year Exhibition. Peace with love in Earth
While searching for my own personal peace, I pray that many others can find peace too. It can be all too elusive.
I missed the Bluebells last year for obvious reasons so it was really nice to get to see them this year.
I am so in love with our Carolina Wrens. We have a nest with six eggs in a flower pot inside a small shed next to our house. Mom was sitting on the nest all evening while Dad was out doing whatever. Just before sunset, he appeared on our fence, singing his heart out with a bit of a treat for momma. I think he was saying a little prayer hoping she wouldn't be too mad. Ferguson, Missouri.
