Medicine Lake is located within Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada. It is located approximately 20 km southeast of the townsite of Jasper, Alberta. Medicine Lake is approximately 7 km long and is a relatively shallow lake. The lake is part of the Maligne Valley watershed.

This beautiful Eurasian Collared Dove is a symbol of peace, love, freedom and hope. May this day be filled with all of these. I was given the opportunity to photograph this lovely bird in Puerto Morelos, Mexico on our 46th wedding anniversary. Perfect representation for what every marriage needs.
Peace, such a fragile little thing, much like trust it's broken so easily. A word, a thought, a person, all can break that inner peace that is so delicate. Center, reset and start over. Face your fears or run, I choose to stand, to fight for my peace, sounds contradictory yet that's how it works. Making choices that benefit rather than detract, making me happy rather than everyone else. At the end of the day you have to live inside your own head. Be good to yourself! Peace and love...
