By working together, looking beyond the differences we choose to see in our neighbors, we can overcome any obstacle. It is only when we make the conscience effort to to break down these barriers can we move forward.

A Woman’s body has nurtured another human being inside of her own for over 40 weeks, and is actually amazingly well equipped to birth a baby into the world, just like all the other mammals on the Earth. It’s possible for women to have their labour with a little pain, which is why it is important to prepare their selves by undergoing Hypnobirthing Techniques and lessons which will eventually help them channel their positive thoughts and calm emotions which will affect their hormones and the their body would respond while giving birth.
In this area that is so marked by the glacial processes that formed the coast of Long Island Sound, a sight like this is not unusual, but it still makes me stop.
What do you see?

Project SoulPancake: Stay Up All Night
The challenge:
Some serious caffeine may be needed to complete this week's challenge. But we all know some of the greatest spontaneous bursts of creativity come when we're wired and tired. So let's all give this a go and see what happens.
This week's challenge is to stay up all night.
I'm sure a lot of us will be waiting until next weekend to complete this challenge. And there will likely be quite a few of us who attempt but fail at staying up all night. That's ok too. It's the attempt that counts. TRY it. See what happens. And then tell us about it!
.
..
...
Okay so for this week's challenge I decided that I'd try and better my record on sleeplessness and head for 48 hours without sleeping. While i reached 39 hours, I realised that I had to go driving the next day and the prospect of trying to drive without enough sleep seemed particularly foolish so I went to bed before completing reaching my target. On the otherhand, I did reach 39 hours and was a much safer driver the next day. I may attempt to reach that 48 hour target another day.
I've never had much difficulty in staying awake so this challenge was relatively easy apart from the need to ensure that I wasn't a danger to others in my sleep deprived state.

Completing your Medical Dissertation: How to Overcome the Common Challenges?

This photo is a rather typical, cliché example of art related to social anxiety. The person in question is covering their face, trying to hide from everyone, yet their actual face is clearly displayed, as if they were putting on a facade to cover up their fears and anxieties. Anymore, this seems less relevant as people currently seem to wear their issues on their sleeves and celebrate them. As much as I find this phenomenon to be alarming, it is also fascinating how people can take their personal struggles and wear them like a badge of pride. However, this act can be perfectly acceptable as long as they are also seeking treatment.
