An old shack I passed on an outback road, full of old cars. I'm not even sure if anyone was living there, but it appeared abandoned. Somewhere in Outback Queensland, Australia.
There is something magical about being on the cover of a major Australian publication that is marketed towards farmers, cattle rustlers and associated earthy folk. They are all part of the amazing Australian Outback, a place I have grown to love.
Is this some sort of breakthrough for Light Painting Photography? I know the Ball of Light is certainly feeling pretty stoked.

This is along the Strezlecki Track an hour or two from Lyndhurst in South Australia
I am not sure if its the Frome River or Mount Lyndhurst Creek according to google maps
We wandered up and down shooting many panos here for an hour or so .... filled another card
All the creeks and river in central Australia just flow out into the desert and are slowly absorbed into the ground
Printed this one up today
I have been rather inactive on Flickr over the last few months sorting the printing side of things
I am gradually getting a range of prints ready
Its one thing to see them on screen and another printed large

Just a little rain and this soil become a boggy mess. Easy fixed-- just move the track over after the earth returns to normal :)
