UK Polaroid Meet 26/05/12. Sometimes I can't believe my luck. Walking around St James's park I saw this little girl posing for a photo. I asked her Mother if it would be OK if I took a photo of her. "Yes of course" and she promptly asked the little girl to pose again. After which I thanked them, they smiled at me and wandered off into the sunny afternoon. I wish I could send them a copy but it happened so fast I never got the chance to ask for details.

I bought this camera last week at the local Salvation Army for five bucks. I wouldn't normally have bought it, but I noticed it was loaded with Polaroid film so I thought it was worth a shot. Actually I bought three Polaroid camera for a total of $12.50, each with a loaded Polaroid film pack. When I got home I was surprised the battery was still good on this one. This is the second shot I made from the pack. Taken this afternoon 22April2015.
Just realized too that it is 'Roid Week, so as usual I'm late to the party.
Exposure #10 from my first pack of polaroid film - taken with the OneStep I picked up at the thrift store.
I'm in love.

This was a good day as the weather was really hot and I went on a proper hike. Surprised at how fit I felt. I also ran into the actor Christoph Waltz who's in Vancouver shooting a movie.
